Super cute. Wish they had fit. Ordered down which was a little too tight. Suspect ordering up would have been too big. Better for my flat feet than the UGG Dakota, but still not my slipper...

I wear 10s in regular shoes. Ordered a 10 in the black UGG Hailey slipper. It was about a 1/2 size too big by the time I wore it indoors for one hour. I'm exchanging for a size 9.

I generally wear a 9 1/2, and bought both the 9 and the 10 to see which was best. The 9 is perfect! These are very comfortable and offer moderate support. I find them a lot easier to walk in than the backless Uggs too. These are also not nearly as big and clunky looking as the other Ugg slippers tend to be. MUCH better looking!

I have a size 6 1/2 foot. I originally ordered a 7 b/c some reviews said it ran small. It was too big for me. I could walk in them, but not securely and once the leather stretched and the faux fur inside matted down they would have been way too big. I returned them and got a 6, which is much better. My recommendation would be if you have a 1/2 size, go down. I love them and would recommend them as a comfortable, yet functional slipper.

These are fabulous — exactly what I was looking for. I hate for my feet to be cold, but don’t always like wearing a bootie or boot in the winter. The cozy lining feels wonderful! My husband says they look a little too slipper like for outside wear, but not to me. The gray color is a great neutral — looks super with jeans!

Love these slippers. Wear them all the time in the house. Feet stay toasty warm, and they are comfortable. It's been 1.5 yrs, and when they wear out I will get another pair.

These are wonderful warm slippers but they do run a little small. Suggest you go up 1/2 size.

Love these Ugg slippers, I always buy a size up since usually run small- this style was no exception- (I wear a nine, but with Uggs I order a 10) beautiful color, very comfortable slippers!

Sorry, always loved UGG but this slipper runs only full size. For my left foot I need 9.5, why have they discontinued the half sizes. Disappointed!!!

I wanted to love this slipper so badly. I have had two Ansley's by UGG and still use them to this day. I was going to treat myself to a new pair but everytime I put an Ansley in my cart, it would be removed due to sell out. I decided to give the Hailey's a try, as they looked a little less bulky and had a more refined look to it. I first ordered the size 5 because I wear a 6 in the Ansley but it was SO small! Returned and ordered a size 6 and unfortunately, the shoes did not fit the same on both feet. The right one was perfect but the left one was a tad too big. But big enough that I'm going to have to return this pair as well. I am assuming the Hailey size 6 doesn't feel as "snug" since the inside isn't as fluffy/padded as the Ansley. I'm really disappointed cause I wanted to try a new pair of slippers and this color isn't available in the Ansley in my size. Am trying to decide if I want to try another brand that I've seen or if I will just go back to my dependable Ansley now.

Love the look but the sizing just didn't work. Size 9 was about a half size too short, and the width was a bit tight but I think they would have stretched (I normally wear a size 9W). Size 10 width was very comfortable, but it was too long and my foot was slipping out.

So soft and comfy, but the 9s were too big for me, and I could tell the 8s were going to be too small. For a shoe that I would wear out and about, they need to be a good fit. Wish Ugg offered these shoes in 1/2 sizes.

They did not stay on my foot despite being the right size, the top of the slipper did not come far enough down over my instep. Very cute, but not right for me.
