Every pair of Uggs I have ordered from Zappos has had a defect ... I bought these in black, received a pair with defects in the leather that had a blotchy appearance right on the top of the shoe - very visible. It seems they don’t check these prior to shipping them !

The sides of the slipper gapped badly and looked really weird. I have other slippers in similar style that fit the foot properly and look good. Given the high price for this Ugg, not a good choice!

As a decades long UGG lover, these were the first pair that has disappointed me. I know that UGG, years ago, dropped their thick shearling linings for what they call UGG Pure. What set UGGs apart was lost when they made that move. However, I've still purchased many pairs of boots, and also many pairs of the Dakota slippers. I thought these would be something like that, but they are not. I think these are for a different wearing purpose. These are more like a shoe, and they do run big. They don't have the same initial snug feel as the Dakota's that loosen up over time. These were too wide for me, and too long, even though I ordered them in my usual size 8. So, consider sizing down for sure. The lining is very thin, so, like I said, I don't think these are slippers, but rather, more to wear as a shoe. I will say, they were cute, but I have to send them back because they are way too big.

Came up very small first time on all the uggs I have purchased. Couldn’t return as I had worn them and due to color picked up discoloration so own them unfortunately and unable to wear
