They were wide enough for my toes and bunions, but the place where the footbed met the side of the shoe on the arch side rubbed my foot. That part wasn't wide enough and would give me a blister with any kind of wear.

Heavy, but my sis loves em anyway.

I loved the velcro closer. The width was too narrow and the length was just a bit too long. I order according to the Propet chart and the shoes I had from them. I was so excited to get a replacement pair of walking shoes. I was so disappointed that they didn't fit. I will try a size wider if the carry them for that style. I have been looking for several months and all of the walking shoes had a problem with them. This is the closest I've gotten.

These shoes are narrow and made with a very hard material. I was looking for comfortable shoes so these won't work for me. The design (look of the shoes) is good, they look good but again they are not comfortable and run small.

Extremely disappointed that shoe material is very hard and will require an extended breakin period; not good for my diabetic and arthritic feed! Although fit seemed great at first, it does put a lot of pressure on my very sensitive toes and soles!!

The fit was a little too tight on the big toe. When I removed the insoles, the fit was better but I didn't less cushioning.

It felt ok but when I started walking with my orthotics in them, my heel would slip out with each step. I need a shoe in which I can wear my own orthotics so this shoe is not going to work

I ordered this shoe as a last ditch effort to find a comfortable walking shoe that fit and was comfortable. I was willing to sacrifice style for reliable comfort. This shoe gets zero style points but that is easy to see in the photos. I ordered a 12AA and it was not remotely narrow. It flopped around on my foot. I am unable to comment on arch support or confomfort because of that.

The length was good but the width not so much. I ordered the extra wide and found them to rub at the seam right below the toe box. It was also difficult to tighten the velcro strap to keep the shoe on my foot. The color of black/berry were great but sadly I had to return this shoe due to the rubbing.

I ordered a Medium width, but when I tried it one, it felt more like a narrow width. The shoe is stiff and uncomfortable. I am disappointed because the reviews were mainly positive saying how comfortable this shoe is, it was not comfortable for me,

I have PTTD, wear a thin brace and custom orthotic. It was difficult to fasten the strap on this shoe snugly enough for a secure and supportive fit. A longer strap with a metal loop would fix this problem. For these reasons, I am now much happier with the Propet Tour Walker with straps, in the same size - 9.5W. Same basic build, but two longer straps and metal loops made ALL the difference.

I ordered an 11M you shipped a 10 1/2. There was a note stating the box was replaced because original box was crushed and no size on the box only the inside of the shoe on the tongue. The box reaked of an odd smell and was delivered to an assisted living facility where many complained of the smell. The review above is wrong, she likes this shoe she just couldn't get it on her foot

The strap in the shoe has broken. I have t rid to glue the piece. Attached to shoe. Did not work. I now in a pair of useless shoes. Looking for another oair

cheaply made, very stiff and uncomfortable. width (wide) seemed appropriate, but small in length. uncomfortable from the moment they were put on.

Nothing I liked about this shoe except that it was hook and loop. Never had a problem with a Zappos product. It must be the brand. I'll stick to New Balance
