Saw these at the window and fell in love with them. I knew I had to have them. Once I found my size off I went with my first pair of NB sneakers! Bought them 1/2 size bigger since I like stuffing them with a nice gel sole to help my feet while I walk. It was weird at first having to feel the tongue kinda fold inside my shoe and start to hurt the top of my foot while I walked. Took me about a week to find a way to put my shoe in where the tongue of the shoe would be completely spread and would feel nice on the top of my foot. That's also how long it took me to break them in. Since in the beginning I wasn't very comfortable with how they felt on my feet. Opted to take out the gel soles and they felt even better for me.. Odd thing is that as I kept on collecting these classic beauties and it's different colors I noticed that the size from the first pair felt different as I kept purchasing new pairs. I got no complaints. They have lasted me perfectly for the 2 years since I started purchasing them. Yes they do they dirty quick which I guess all depends how you use them. I would definitely recommend them. Try out different sizes while at the store. Walk around and you'll feel the difference as you change the sizes.

It's more comfortable than the 674 model and easier to place your foot inside but if you prefer straps then I'm afraid you're out of luck.

This is a second purchase of a NB 574 shoe. The size, width, and last make a good fit.

This year's "574 classic" line runs about half size bigger than the previous ones with the fat tongue. Overall I prefer the older "fat tongue" 574 design.

I bought a pair of these for the gym to save my 990s for everyday wear and light jogging outside. These get the job done. They hold up with weights and cardio training inside and outside the gym. They clean up nicely so they stay fresh looking. The insoles did seem to wear quicker than my 990s but for the difference in cost that's to be expected. I'll be picking up another pair once these fully wear out.

Suede quality isn't that great, and toe area is still slightly bulbous, but other than that, they fit great and are good everyday shoes.

First of all, the shoes are really nice. But I find them a little bit tight compare to my usual size. Second, my box was completely destroyed during the delivery. Shoes were okay.

Not bad

They dont fit a female foot properly. I have a wide foot myself but they are way too wide all along and very shallow at the heel. Clearly made for a man's foot. Also material quality seems a little low. Not the usual New Balances I used to own. Returned
