Basically, I bought these because they match the 574 baby shoes I bought for my daughter....they are her first real sneakers (*sniff!*), and I wanted to begin my plan for a long life of begin a huge dorky dad by getting matching shoes with her.

Use them for walking mainly, very comfortable. New balance runs a little small - I recommend going 0.5-1 size up.

This is the 5th pair of New Balance shoes I've purchased for my son. They last a long time and fit very well.

This shoe is very comfortable and goes great with a variety of colors and outfits.

The nice 574 look goes well with a lot of outfits that I wear casually and to school. The shoes themselves are sort of chunky in my opinion, which really adds into the comfort factor making these a go to option when walking around a lot. You should probably stay true to size or go down at least a half size, because New Balances have always run just a little bit big on me. The price is unbeatable for a shoe composed of this many high quality materials, so if you are looking for an affordable, clean, nice-looking option, I suggest you pick up a pair the 574 Core!

I use it for the gym and I gotta say that theses are more cushioned than my Ultra Boosts.
