I am 59 years old and was involved in a serious car accident, after 5 surgeries i am able to walk again so i wanted something nice and bright along with a perfect fit. I like New balance shoes and when i found this rainbow of a show i had to have it. Thanks to Zappos for having such a nice selection and at an affordable price and quick delivery. I will be a future customer.

New balance for me and Nike for my wife.

Over the years these have been my go to shoe for me. From cave exploring to running or casual these have been there. Affordable and can endure a lot of punishment, I will buy a couple to few pairs a year.

Great all around walking shoe, love it may get another pair in a different color. Disclaimer, I dont have super wide feet which i know the NB demographic Is the super comfort wide foot customer. For me they fit true to size but if you got wide feet maybe half a size up?

Love the look of the shoe, it is comfortable and can easily add an insert, for me I use these more for casual use but I would think the would hold up well running or in the gym. they do run a little narrow so if you have wide feet adjust accordingly

Only worn twice so far, but the shoes are comfortable, cool and lightweight. They are one of the lower cost NB styles, which suits this "fixed income senior" just fine. Only gripe, very minor, is wish they weren't quite so pale, nearly white. Probably should have ordered the next darker color, and may do that anyway at this price. Runs true to NB sizes (17 4E).

At first I thought it was too tight but the shoes had so much support and padding they were just very new... After a stroll errand out I fell in love like a dream they're great if you can know your shoe size and measure it get it down tight so you don't have to send them back and wear them in walk around give them a chance if they're dramatically fold your toe small exchange them but if they're just new tight they were stretch to fit good luck happy shoe patrol people

My last pair of 574's was back in the 1970's. Living in Oregon I had switched to Nike. Everyone wears Nike in Oregon. My last several pairs of Nikes didn't seem to fit well and have become uncomfortable. I remembered my 574's and decided to try them again. My new New Balance shoes are well made, handsome and fit perfect. I'll order them again.
