With the exception of two different shoelace lengths this shoe is perfect!

New Balance never disappoints...same size I always wear...felt comfy the first time I put them on. I got the grey ones and they look great with a lot of my sporty clothing!

They are perfect. They fit well, are comfortable and stylish too. It is my second pair!

Love the look of classic NB shoes. Can’t go wrong with them. I do buy wide width in these school bc I prefer wiggle room for my toes. I don’t like wearing them all day though bc they can hurt my feet bc I’m used to more cushioned running shoes but for regular wear where I’m not walking tons around town they are great. Trendy and on point!

These are my new favorite shoes. I haven't worn them a lot so can't comment on how much time before they're uncomfortable, if ever. The size felt perfect for me despite the reviews to the contrary. I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 7.5 and they're perfect. I think if you're on the fence, order the size you wear. Zappos is amazing at customer service so I wouldn't be upset having to exchange sizes if needed.

The fit is perfect! I went up a half size like I normally do for sneakers . I also removed the insole that came with the sneakers and put in a new Balance insole 3030 for more support and comfort. What a difference ! I can be on my feet all day and not experience any discomfort . I have 2 pair of these sneakers now.

Really nice sneaks. Normally wear 9.5 W, but had to go to a 10 W.

I'm a little old lady (LOL) in tennis shoes ---- but I look super cute and as my former high school students say --- I'm fitted. Comfort is important to me --- and having good support is also a plus.

Always buy New Balance ---- call me crazy but their shoes are made here in the USA --- and in all my shoes, I like to know the country of origin. The fit is something I can count on --- and at 73 that is super important to me. The style is cute --- little old lady (LOL) in cute shoes --- that's me.

I had a hard time with this shoe. I ordered two different colors to see which I liked best. The burgundy has a bit more purple than red but is still pretty. I found the fit to be very different between the two colors. Im a size 8 and in the burgundy the 8 felt too tight and my toe was pushing on the top. The 8.5 fit but was still uncomfortable. I even tried the wide but it was too big. The size 8 in black fit much better, although the top of the heel kept rubbing on my ankle as I walked. I love this style and they do feel comfortable but Im giving up on the sizing and just returning to find a different shoe. Bummer!

Super cute shoe! Very comfortable as well. I felt like it ran true to size. Only thing to know is if you are ordering the grey/white, I felt like the color was closer to taupe.

Ordered the size I usually wear in this same number style and it was too short. I reordered 1/2 size larger but accidentally ordered a B width instead of a D. On the third try I ordered an 11.5 D and they fit perfectly.

I LOVEEEE these shoes!!! I am normally around a 7-7.5 and got the 7.5 based on the reviews. They fit perfectly!! I got the white color and they match everything. I’ve only had them for a few days and I’m already in love! I definitely recommend to anyone that is on the fence!

I have this same shoe, style #, in another color which fit perfectly in size 11. This one was too short, in navy, so returned and ordered one half size larger. Shoes are very comfortable for my morning walks each day. Brand was recommended by my doctor.

I ordered these because I have a pair in another color. They fit me well and are comfortable for all-day wear. Nice for cold weather wear - i find them comfortably warm with socks.

I read the reviews so I bought a half size up and it is too big. trading for my actual size, 10. no arch support but I put in spenco arch supports. No need to size up.
