I love my New Balance shoes. They fit perfectly and the comfort is great. Received them in a timely manner and put them on immediately and took a walk. Love them!!!!

I usually wear an 8 1/2 wide but 9 medium fit my foot best in this shoe. Comfortably cushioned. Not sure yet about the thin tongue. A sock seems ok but without a little something it is pretty thin and may chafe.

I've worn New Balance sneakers for more than 40 years. I discovered the 574 last year. They are the most comfortable sneaker I have ever had. I also love the "neutral" light color.

I’ve ordered this shoe three times and the third was the charm. Because of the reviews saying it ran small, I originally ordered a 7.5—a half-size larger than my usual. Way too big. Ordered my usual size of 7....still movement when I walked, especially in the heel, and despite tightening the laces. Both pair went back. Finally, I went down another half size and ordered a 6.5 (unheard of for me in an athletic shoe). Those fit. Go figure.

I really like these shoes. I bought them in navy/white so I could trade off with my navy New Balance 990v4. They are very comfortable. The only thing is that they run a little short. I'm usually at 7.5 D in New Balance shoes. In this shoe, I'm an 8 D. Customer service was great with handling the return & placing the order for the larger size. I'm considering buying these in another color, too.

Very cushy on the bottom, feels like I'm walking on clouds. The only negative is that the show looks a little bulky. Otherwise, its very comfortable as a day to day walking shoe for going around town.

Lately, most everything I wear on my feet cause me pain and discomfort. However, these sneakers fit well, are comfortable, absorbs the pounding of the pavement, my knees don't hurt when I wear them. I only wish the similar black ones I'd ordered were just as comfortable...
Overall, I LOVE the sneakers, and want more in different colors.
