Here are my pros/cons of the shoe: Pros: - SO COMFORTABLE! The straps are soft and supple -- you will not get any types of blisters from these. There is ample nice padding on the foot sole -- it feels like you're walking on clouds. And they're cute! I got the white/silver combination, and it's adorable. I was afraid of the shoes getting dirty, but they wipe clean pretty easy. Cons: Slippery. The tread on the bottom of the shoe is not awesome. On a waxed or recently cleaned tile floor (like you encounter in many restaurant bathrooms), these shoes have NO traction and you will slide. Literally. You will be skating on the floors and holding on to rails for dear life. I bought these to travel to Costa Rica/Honduras, and many of the businesses had these types of floors meaning it was virtually impossible to wear them out. ALSO! These are no way water proof, so don't get caught in any rainstorms.

Love the look of this sandal and the kettle color. Only issue is that the elastic is tight for me but I have been wearing them around the house to help "stretch the elastic straps".

I ordered the brown and black. Loved the style, but too tight on my feet. I do not have plump feet, but the elastic straps were very snug. Also the band across the toes, was plenty snug although it may have stretched being leather. Sadly, these won't work for me. LOve zappos's return policy though! I will order something else.

This ran 1/2 size small. Also the leather in the heel Stabbed my heel:( maybe bc it was small. I

My foot would slide forward despite the tight straps (I didn't feel the straps were too tight personally). I have long toes and narrow feet and medium arch. i used to be an 8 in sandals but as i,ve gotten older i'm becoming more of an 8.5 and am also size 39 in most euro sizes. I often have issues with my foot sliding forward and off the sandal. These seemed like they would have been comfortable. I bought these in a size 9. They were a little too long but i didn't love the style enough to exchange for another size

I ordered my regular size 8 and a half size up, after reading the reviews. The straps fit great on my skinny feet and moderate arch, which was exciting because this style of sandal is usually wayyyy too loose. These felt very secure, not too tight. But even on the 8.5, the footbed was too short. My toes were right on the stitching which could be annoying, but worse, I was worried about ugly toe overhang when I was walking around all day. I'm hoping the 9 fits better, because they are cute and seem comfortable.

Love this shoe but order a half size larger.

Super cute and comfortable. Sandal runs small, which I’m surprised about. I ordered a 10.5 (normal size in all shoes) and my toes were almost hanging over the edge. I’ll be exchanging for an 11.

I have a narrow foot and finding AA width in shoes/sandals/boots is next to impossible. Zappos is great in that respect....they have a large selection of narrow shoes . However, styles in AA are not the nicest or most stylish. I saw these and based on reviews, they ran somewhat narrow so I bought them. Nope! Not narrow enough. The straps did hold my foot in place, but the part over the toes were too big. In addition, I didn't care for the high backs which I know are stylish, but not very comfortable. If you are a true medium width, you might want to give them a try as they are nice looking sandals. Those with wide or narrow feet......fuhgettaboutit! Zappos is the best!

Unlike the other reviewers I did not find this sandal narrow at all, and normally width is a concern for me. Oddly, the width feels perfect. I found that the closed heel and elastic strap combination pushed my foot forward a bit so I order up a half size so that my toes would not be right at end. Also, the stitching around the front of the insoles a little irritating to my toes. But overall cute, versatile, and more comfortable than most sandals, so I'll keep these until I find that sandal 'unicorn.'

I have a narrow foot and find that many sandals do not have a snug fit on me like they should. I love these because they do fit snugly in the right places and the sole of the shoe is soft and comfortable. Sadly, I have to return because the stitching on the foot bed is either too coarse or is just raised enough that I can feel it rubbing under my toes.

I had doubts about the width of this shoe, but I ordered anyway. I do have a more narrow foot. I ordered my regular size (10M) and they fit as expected. The elastic band keeps the sandal seated perfectly. As for the width, I can still fit an entire finger between my foot and the strap on the front, so I wouldn't say they run very narrow. As for the color, I chose the kettle which is slightly darker than pictured online. But a great neutral.

The product is suuuper cute, but the strap closest to the toes were too narrow. They cut off the feeling to my toes. They're so cute, so im going to try a size 10 in hopes it's wider!

I am always a 7.5, almost without exception. These were far too small for me!
