I ordered a 9 in these shoes (which is my regular size), and when they arrived my initial thought was that I loved everything about them. Great style and good quality. When I went to put the shoes on, the opening to the shoe is extremely narrow, so it took me an embarrassingly long time and energy to get the shoe on. On top of that, the loop on the heel to help you pull the shoe on was too small, so I could barely get my finger through the loop. Once I got the shoes on (finally), they fit great. Sadly, I will be returning these shoes due to the pain caused in order to get them on. Not worth it!

Couldn’t get it on!!

I usually wear a 7.5, but I had to send them back and get an 8. They are so easy to put on and very comfortable!! I get many compliments when them!!

I own three other pairs of kinetic sneakers and have loved them with no issues. This pair, however, no. The gradient black to white around the base easily scratches off. I've had to use a sharpie to fill in the spots. Do not recommend.

I bought this product back on 12/11/2020. I am still waiting for the product to be delivered. I have reached out to Sorel and t still hasn't been resolved.

I have a lot of Sorel shoes and love them all. This one looks nice, but it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get my foot into them. The loop on the back to hold them open is SO TINY and my finger can't fit into it. THe back flattens and it won't open. If you have a wider foot at all, RUN AWAY from this shoe!

I have never ever had to write a bad review for the only brand that I wear, but when I ordered these, it was the last pair, I was so excited to get them! To my amazement, they were definitely defective and seemed worn! I tried contacting Customer care but I did not resolve the issue??

Was so excited/in need of these for my upcoming trip to Japan. Read the reviews and all seemed well, so I decided to order my normal size. I wanted so badly for them to be perfect but unfortunately they looked completely cheap just upon initial box opening. Incomplete/ slightly discolored seems in areas and an entire glob of dark yellow glue right on the back sole (which on my pair is white, so extremely visible). As far as the fit goes, whoever designed these wasn't smart enough to make the metal bit that's on the arch side of the foot low enough to actually hit/support the arch. Instead the loop is high and presses into the side of of the foot uncomfortably being that the only material underneath it is the neoprene upper. The heal cup in the back of the shoe is also ridiculously wide, like no one with a size 9 foot could physically have a heel this wide, type of wide. This obviously makes the fit weird because there so much room back there, but also provides zero support. Really sad I have to send these back and now am in a pinch to find the right shoe, yet again. Not nearly worth the price point... even on sale.

Now I really really like my sorel shoes but these were SUCH a disappointment. First of all, they are really difficult just to get on. Once on, they didn't have nearly as much as support as other Sorel shoes and the strap dug into the side of my foot. These will be going back :-(

Super cute shoe, I was so excited to get them.. BUT they are WAY too large. For anyone with a narrow foot, this is not the shoe for you. The "laces" dont allow any room to tighten to fit your foot, and even if you could, the fabric would bunch up and they would look silly. Should come in a narrow! Love them, wish they had fit...

They are still showing the incorrect picture. Even the box the shoes came in show what's being shown online. However, the shoe they send is entirely the mesh material.

I'm a loyal Sorel customer. Unfortunately what I ordered and was pictured on the website was not what I received. Hopefully Sorel will correct this issue.

I was eager to receive these. Once I received them, they are not what it shown in the picture. In person they look dull, you can see the glue on the sides, and it was still too tight. I read the reviews before purchasing and went up 1/2 a size.
