The tongue felt very sharp cutting into my ankles. My first pair of On Running were much more comfortable.

I love On Cloud shoes. This model (Cloud X) though is not as comfortable. The tongue of the shoes comes up higher than on the original and 2.0, seems stiffer, and poked at the front of my ankle. Sent back, but love the others!

I have worn the On Cloud for several years and loved it. Mine are wearing out and so I ordered the CLoud X. It is NOT the same- very disappointing. I loved the previous slip on style but this is not the same. Returning

These shoes were too high / stiff on the side by my ankle for me. With each step, the side digs into my ankle.

These shoes are super stylish and I love the bright colors. But they are very narrow. I usually wear Brooks Ghost and the fit is very comfy, but I was looking for a different look. I set these back because they were just Way too narrow for my foot. Back to my old faithful— Brooks.

Beautiful-looking lightweight shoes. Felt true to size. However, I have narrow ankles and these shoes are too wide in the ankle/heel area. Would have needed to buy a tongue insert to tie the laces down over. Returned them. Going to have to try brands that offer narrow options.

I am extremely disappointed. The shoes are very wide and not good for running. I wore them once and they rubbed against my ankle bone so bad that they got stained with blood. Now I’m stuck with these shoes I do not like.

Quite possibly stupidest shoe design ever. I like to imagine designers laughing at all us fools that purchase a pair and then spend all of our time hobbling on one foot and digging stones pine cones sticks and various other things out of the numerous crevices and voids in the sole. They have phenomenal marketing and a crap product

Obsessed w the color and look of the shoe. Yet gave it a one star bc it’s a running shoe yet there is zero support and zero cushioning in it therefore defeats its purpose.

This shoe is impossibly undersized...at LEAST a full size smaller than what I wear in other shoes. Also felt narrow and had an oddly placed hump meant as an arch support near the ball of foot but not at the arch. Ordered two different On running shoes in two different sizes - Cloud X and CloudSurfer - and they both were very tight and undersized all around.

Great shoes for walking. Feels good on my feet. Nice arch support.

Please make this color again! Love these shoes so much.

Fit and Size are perfect. I originally bought these shoes to wear for a multi day stay at Walt Disney World. Two years later, I am still wearing them and they are comfortable.

The Best comfort sports shoes, love variations of colors.

These were my first pair of ON’s and I love them. Not a ton of cushion but good support and surprisingly I have no shin splints when walking hills in these. Very happy

great except heel sometimes hurts

I normally wear a size 6.5-7 but on this brand 6.5 is perfect for me. OMG, this brand feels like you’re wearing no shoes, it’s very light on your feet and the most comfortable pair I’ve owned honestly. I have so many other pricey brands and “ON Cloud” is my new BFF. I’m on my feet for 10hrs and I can’t wait to buy more in different colors. I don’t need to use an insole for this pair but all of my other shoes have insoles in them. No need for this brand. Recommend it and it’s worth the price! I wish that they will make them “wide” for men too. I bought a pair for my husband (size 14-M)but no luck it was too narrow for him.

Felt exactly my size, good material. They look so pretty that all my friends ask where I bought them. Very elegant and comfortable for sports and Gym Exercise

Size fits well. Very comfortable for standing and walking long periods of time.

The Cloud X is one of my favorite styles. As a nurse, by profession, it gives me perfect support and doesn’t wear me out after those mad rush shifts on my feet.

I normally wear a 10 but due to comments I chose the 10.5. Perfect fit. The comfort of these shoes is amazing and so light weight. I'm not a runner but I feel like I could start.
