According to reviews I was supposed to order 1/2 size up but that did not work don’t do it!

I ordered 1/2 size up to accommodate my orthotics, and was concerned at first that the fit would be much too snug. After taking the shoes on and off a few times (with a little difficulty) and then wearing them for several hours, the fit is extremely comfortable and feels like a "nice hug."

I did try a 7&1/2 which has been my size since a teen, but going up to an 8 is much better!

Love this shoe! Look is great and excellent for wearing all day! This is my 4th pair of OnClouds.

I am a server and am on my feet for hours at a time so I needed a pair of very comfortable and supportive but also lightweight shoes. I am happy to say that these fit that description perfectly. I may buy a second pair because they are so comfortable.

It fit very well and comfy , I would defenitly buy another again ,,, and this if my first purchase from Zappos ,it work really great and fast shipping ??????

These shoes are very comfortable, and so light! I'm not an avid runner, and wear them more just for regular work-outs or even just when out and about. The first pair of On shoes I purchased was a fluke, but they are now my go-to for athletic shoes. Definitely recommend!

Love them, can slip them on and go for hours. I really like the weird non laces as i usually can never get laces to just the right fit.

Perfect shoes. Love them. Very comfortable. Not true to the size however. Usually I buy size 8, but this time I had to get 8.5. Also, I have a wide feet and I was happy to find sneakers that not only felt comfortable, but also looked good.

Shoe feels comfortable, but snug. I ordered a half size up and should have went a full size.

This was my second pair of On Cloud shoes. My usual size is 9N and both times I bought a 9.5 M and they fit perfectly.

I love these shoes! I work in health care and am on my feet all day. These shoes are very comfortable and I like how you can just slip them on quickly (great for being on call). I also love the style. Happy camper here and definitely recommend!

Possibly my favorite shoes ever! Originally I ordered the Cloudswift, which did not work for me, so I decided to try these. I wear a size 9 in regular shoes but always order a 9.5 in running shoes. The 9.5 fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable for my problem feet. I have not used them for running or workouts but for everyday wear (walking) they are great. These shoes have a removable insole to accommodate orthotics, however, I have been wearing these with the original insole and have not needed to insert my orthotics. This is my first pair of On Cloud shoes. Normally I wear Nike, New Balance, or Brooks. This is a very interesting brand and I'm impressed with the design and comfort. Overall, these are super cute and comfy. Highly recommend.

Great shoe! It does run about a full size too small. I am a size 6 and usually wear a 6 1/2 in a Nike or Ascis running shoe. I had to go to a 7 in the On Cloud.

I loved these shoes initially. Unfortunately, the heel curves in a bit too much for me and I anticipated rubbing.

Overall a great shoe. Love that it is lightweight, airy, and you can add cute too. Only thing is it’s just a smidgen narrow but wearing them a few times will take care of that.

FINALLY! The running shoe I've been searching for! I overpronate but I don't like the feel of stability sneakers- no extra cushioning, I like my feet to be close to the ground. After I wore out my orthotics, I'd been searching for sneakers that are comfortable without them. For two years. I've probably tried on every model of asics and brooks out there, along with a bunch of others. I put on this pair of on clouds and I knew without running in them yet that my search was over. If you're like me- overpronate but want minimalist feel- these are winners!

I usually wear a 6-6.5 and the 6.5 fit perfectly!! These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn!!!!

Ordered 7.5 based on reviews but probably could have done with a 7. Extremely comfortable from the first slip on. Easy to wear, love the no-tie laces. Black/white, very modern. Glad I finally purchased!
