I work in a warehouse, I have days where I literally walk 13 miles a shift. These shoes are fantastic for walking so much. They're not very durable in a heavy labor arena, the fabric tears easy, but they're not built for that. I still use these shoes despite that because of the comfort. If On made a work shoe....wow!

Thought they would be softer initially. Hoping they will loosen up as time goes by.

Fit was true to size. Shoe is light, comfortable and slips on easy.

Quick Summary: These shoes are spectacular - get them today Summary: I've been running the same 1.8 mi. course daily for the past 35 years. The course is about 50/50 asphalt streets and concrete sidewalks. There is about a 350 ft. elevation change throughout the course and it takes me about 30 min. to complete. Over the years I've tried about every type/brand of running shoe out there and these are by far the best I've experienced. The key difference of these shoes is they have virtually eliminated the shock I felt in my knees when my feet hit the ground. I've never had a knee problem, but at age 77 I'm fairly sensitive to that risk, so I'm quite happy to have found shoes that truly minimize that shock. Running downhill results in a higher shock than level or uphill, but I'd say the downhill shock is roughly 75% less than I was feeling with other shoes. On level or uphill ground there is almost no shock at all. The fit: these shoes fit perfectly using the supplied elastic non-tieing laces. I was a bit wary of these laces, but was pleasantly surprised that the shoes were neither too loose nor too tight. I had read about some people who experienced heel chafing, but I had none of that. The insoles: a long time ago I bought some foam arch support running shoe insoles (I think they were Dr. Shoals for about $12) and have used the same pair in every set of running shoes I've had since then. Consequently I used them in these shoes, so I can't comment on the difference between the stock insoles and the replacements. I certainly do recommend using better insoles all the time. Other notes: For whatever reason these shoes are much quieter; each step is almost silent. I don't know why this is, but my guess is it has to do with the lack of shock transmitted to my legs on each step. Also, my overall run time, which has been quite consistent over the years, got shorter by about 30 seconds, and with no significant difference in heart rate. Maybe this was just due to somewhat more aggressive running on my part, but maybe not.

So comfortable. This is the second time I've purchased this type of shoe and I'll be buying another pair soon.

This is my 6th pair of OC shoes- the best shoe on the market! I’ve only had issues with one pair of the six where the the ankle was cut to high and rubbed my ankle raw, heel rubbed the back raw. I hope they bring back the solid olive or green color

When buying this shoe, buy 1 size larger than you normally wear. This is from the ON website. I followed their advice and they were right (only for this model thought)

The fit was a bit snugger than my current on clouds which I thought were a bit roomy. Both are size 10.5. That being said, I like the snugger fit of the new 2.0s and planning on ordering another pair.
