Just ran too small overall.

Unfortunately, this bootie didn’t feel as good as it looked. I thought it was a “winner” initially but as I tried on outfits with the shoes, my feet quickly began to hurt, and I was standing on carpet. If foot support is not a concern, it is a gorgeous shoe.

So bummed! Read the reviews and ordered the wide, but there was nothing wide about it Had to return

These are beautiful boots...however they are small! I have a another pair of Blondos and they fit fine. These are supposed to be a 12W. They do NOT fit like it. The label says 12W, but I'm not sure what country they are a 12W in! Very disappointed with the sizing. :-( back they go. I suggest another brand or another style in this brand.

Totally loved these boots! Bought for my daughter and she loved them too. After about a dozen wears the toe began to come apart from the sole. Zappos was awesome in helping me with the problem and I am trying them again because she liked them so much. I am surprised at this repeat problem...manufacturer take note! Thank you Zappos for your excellent customer service!

I have a pair of Blondo Villa boots in a size 10W, and they fit great, though they have more heel than I'd like. So I thought the Liam in the same size would be fine, and flatter. These pinch, and my foot feels squeezed into them! I am so disappointed. I am not sure if they are mis-marked, but they do not feel like a 10W at all! My toe and heel hit the front and back of the boot, and they are so narrow I can see my foot pressing against the sides. Very uncomfortable! I wanted to love these, because of the other pair I have that are perfect width and not pinchy at all. I will be returning these, as I am not sure what size to even exchange for. I think for these I'll just have to hit up a store where I can try them on until I figure out what fits. Great brand, though, I love my other boots!

I love the idea of this bootie: stylish, waterproof, low heel -- too perfect to be true for my wide feet, even in a wide. Disappointed, to be sure, but love Zappos' service.

These had labels where the size 12 looked like it had been written in black marker on the label. They were definitely not a size 12 as they were tight on my feet. Size 12 shoes are always a little big for my foot, so I knew these could not be a true size 12 in U.S. standards.

This boot runs narrow. I even ordered the wide. Sending it back.

These booties are super narrow! I ordered in W width, and they were really super tight and narrow. I was really looking for WW width, which Blondo used to carry, but they must have discontinued WW. A shame, especially since their W is not really very wide at all.

These didn’t fit at all, too wide in ankle, too narrow in toe box and top inner side of boot cut into my ankle bone. Sending back.

So cool looking nice feel to them but they were to small. I had to return them I’m sad.

I loved these boots so was very disappointed to have the same problem that a couple of other people reported with the sole separating from the front of the boot within a month of light wear. I had ordered a half size larger which was perfect. Very comfortable and looked great. Such a shame they did not hold up. However, Zappo's customer service is the absolute best! Returned without hassle and exchanged for a different boot.

even after ordering half size larger, knew they were too small as soon as we saw them in the box. tiny tiny tiny, at least a full size too small. thought they were mislabeled but that's ridiculous.

Very cute and loved the zipper on both sides but I ordered a wide width and these did not feel like a wide width at all. I did order a half size larger as recommended and the length was fine. They are just not wide enough so I have to return them

These shoes looked as if they'd been worn, and the insole was coming out of them.

After reading the reviews about this boot being too small and narrow, I ordered a half size up and got the wide width. When held sole to sole, this “wide” shoe was narrower than every single other boot I own in medium width, which I what I normally wear. I’m not sure whose foot the width is based on, but these things were painfully tight as soon as I put them on. Sadly, they will have to be returned.

I did not even try on the bootie because when I opened the box, it is not the deep leather brown shown in the photo. It is more of soft, lighter brown. Picture does not adequately represent product.

I’m wanting to have this bootie, but guess it’s not in the cards. I’ve tried three pairs and all were off. I’m normally a 7 1/2, preserved two pairs and they fit like a 6 1/2. Tried an 8 and it was like an 8 1/2! I don’t understand how they can be so off? Back goes the third pair!

I ordered the medium width of this boot, it was too narrow. I ordered the "wide" width of the boot and it was actually more narrow than the medium... by several mm.

OK....I bought the 7.5 and they were too small and then I bought the 8's and my feet were swimming in them....... Also, definite color difference between the 2 sizes even though they were supposed to be the same color.

I don’t know what you’ve heard but two left shoes from two different models is really not a good fit for me.
