Zappos recommended my usual size for these (9) and it was much too small. I should've listened to the reviews. The reason I'm not going to reorder them is because even in a too-small size, they felt clunky and kind of heavy for what in all appearances is a light, casual sneaker. They look cute and have decent arch support but I didn't care for the thick, rubbery, inflexible sole. I felt like I was walking with duck feet. Size up at least a half size or possibly 1 full size.

These are cute, but the arch support hits me in the wrong place.

My heel slipped up and down in the shoe. Also, in just the short time I walked around on wood floors in them, the bottom of the shoe squeaked with every step.

Not very comfortable shoes. Will take awhile to wear them in as the heels are very stiff and the in-soles are rigid. Price was okay but I would not buy another pair.”

Way too narrow! Great looking quality show too bad it doesn’t fit.

Cute shoes with great arch support, however the canvas is so stiff it hurt the top of my foot with the first step. No way these could be functional at all. Not going to cause that much pain just to break them in. Sent back immediately.

Pretty cute but super uncomfortable going back

I bought these shoes for a trip that involved a lot of walking. Before traveling, I tested them for two days and they seemed stiff but fine. In the end, they gave me horrible blisters. Very disappointing.

The insole made the shoe uncomfortable for me. Taking it out wouldn’t solve the problem. Too bad....it was a cute shoe.

These shoes caused blisters on my ankles. Ugh. I felt like I was walking on the floor too. They look great, but not a good choice for me.

Half size too small

Wide was too tight. Canvas was too stiff. Made my feet hurt to where I had to return home to change them out. Horrible. Won’t buy from Taos ever again. Sketchers are better. And cheaper money wise.

Painfully uncomfortable and stiff even in the wide! Expensive for crappy shoes! Will be returning and will not order Taos shoes ever again.

I purchased a half size larger than my usual, and I still could not fit my foot into these. For folks that love them - congrats. For me - I would only consider trying another pair in a brick and mortar store, to avoid having to process a return.

Was a dark creamy color which was unexpected and not true to color online.

The shoes looked cute, but they were the most uncomfortable things I've ever put on. Really disappointed. The shoes were incredibly stiff, and the fabric was awful.

Unfortunately this shoe gave me quarter sized blisters on my heels, with just one, one hour shopping trip.

People raved about this shoe..... it looks cute and all,,, I just really did not like this shoe!!! It feels so stiff and tight and clunky. Had to return I didn't even walk around the house that much; felt uncomfortable. Maybe have to wear them in a bit, but nope. Plus they are bulky and that's not great for my one-bag style traveling.

What a disappointment. I was expecting comfort, and these feel like they are made from very cheap materials. Even though the insole was well-made, the upper materials are not soft, not flexible.

The left shoe… the arch support was on the outer part of the foot instead of the insole.

My feet are pretty picky and, although I loved the look of the shoe, they were too hard on the bottom. Not nearly enough cushion for my feet to walk in all day. So, they are going back :-(
