It keeps slipping in the heel.

Hurt my daughter's heel/ankle. Perhaps because they are low cut.

I liked the color (blue) and the fit was okay but they are going back. The toe box looks unusually long to me. They are well made, the style just didn't work for me.

I tried the Taos Plim Soul, Star and Star Burst and ended up getting the Teva Freewheel. I am a true 7.5 and all 4 pairs were sized .5 too small. The Taos had a stiffer insole but because of the height, I barely had room for my toes in the toebox and could feel it rub through socks.

Super cute but like most sneaks, stiff and uncomfortable. Returning.

I have a couple of pairs of Taos sneakers and I couldn't even fit my foot in these. Same size as other styles that I ordered in this purchase.

I'm a size 10.5, and after I read the reviews, I ordered up one half size to an 11. Perfect fit. Cute style, definitely has comfy arch support, but the padding at the heel was much too stiff (and I am not a fan of that kind of excess rubbing against the back of my heel!). Sadly I had to return this pair. Bummer.

Love the look and well constructed. Comfy when I put on, but after a short while forefoot felt cramped.

Fit true to size, look a little cute and a little clunky. Wanted something I could pull off with skirts but these are not feminine enough. Also bought for the brand, know them to be conscious of cushion and support. These are only slightly better than generic canvas shoes so still not enough cushion and support or me.

I previously ordered the Plim Soul in my usual size 7 but had to return it for the 7.5. This was a better fit for my foot length, and many other reviewers have recommended sizing up. I added a thin foam inner sole to add some cushion because the Taos footbed was not soft at all. However, the arch support was a bit too high for my instep and was not really comfortable for walking long distances and standing for hours on my upcoming vacation. Thanks, Zappos, for the easy return.

I think they are very cute and sturdy, but my toe was hitting the front. Sorry they have to go back.

Nice shoe- just not for my feet

I so wanted these to work, since they were so cute. But the 9.5 was too small and pinched my toes, while the 10 (I never wear a 10) was too large, and the heel slipped when I walked. Back both pairs went.

I had high hopes for these sneakers as everyone raves about them, but I just couldn’t handle the arch support. It felt strangely hard and lumpy. I didn’t think I would be able to wear them long enough to see if the insole would break in and conform to my foot. The black tropical print was really cute too.

I really wanted to like the shoe, but it was very stiff and heavier than I wanted for a summer shoe. I don’t want to have to break a shoe in, because you never know... returning these. Thank you, Zappos!

These seemed to fit a little bigger than other taos shoes I have.

The arch support is awesome and the shoes look great - but - the shoe is quite rigid and my heels slide up and down, and if I lace them tightly enough to mitigate that, the top of the tongue cuts into the front of my leg. I compared them to my Supergas and indeed, the cut of the Taos shoe is much higher in the front. Really unfortunate - these would otherwise be my absolute top favorite. Can’t seem to find a sneaker that works (Supergas don’t have the same support, but so far they’re the best I’ve found.)

Cute shoes but didn't work for me. I ordered larger sizes due to other reviews and I would advise others to heed to that advice. Was disappointed they didn't work for me. Thankful that Zappos is so great in accepting returns of unworn shoes.

Nice looking shoe -- I have high arches and foot was too high for the shoe. The insole was removable, but for my purposes, I needed insole to remain. Looks durable and comfortable -- just didn't work with my foot.

These shoes are amazingly cute and the style is on trend. The fit as far as length was true to size. However, if you have bunions or neuromas and need extra toe space, skip these. They are quite tight across the toe area regardless of how loose you make the laces.

Very cute shoe in a great denim color... I wear a 7 1/2 ... The size 8 fit good... except the heel slid up and down when i walked. The 7 1/2 I ordered did the same thing.

Arch support was better than most but was off for me. It hit in a weird spot. Wish they fit better, they are cute!

I was really disappointed with these shoes. I didn’t find the arch support to be that great and the wide spread laces made my narrow feet look very wide. The charcoal was a great color though.

These are the coolest shoes to look at. Would have been great for teaching if they had fit better. I usually wear 8/8.5 but even the 8.5 felt tight on my slightly larger left foot. Just right on my right one. When I sized up to 9 they felt just too big and clunky and hurt a little where canvas folded into top of foot while walking. I tried multiple pairs. In the end I didn’t think they would improve enough to justify the price. Fantastic footbed though. Supportive for plantar fasciitis.

i normally wear a 7.5 shoe and an 8.5 running shoe... I ordered the 7.5 but was too small. Ordered the 8, too small. settled with the 8.5 and is a good fit. The canvas is a little stiff, compared to a leather shoe i guess. the arch support is pretty good. The style is cute and fun. I did switch out the arched insert with a super cozy one and now they are nice and comfy! I hope the canvas loosens up a bit.
