These sneakers are very cute but the toe box feels tight and one of my big toes was bumping against the tip of the shoe, making these sneakers a little too small for me. Gooing to try a differnt style in hopes they actually fit. The Plimsoul I tried earlier I bought a half size larger, after reading a few reviews but those didn't feel right either, with the arch hitting in the wrong place. Hoping I can find a pair of red sneakers to fit me soon!

These are super cute shoes but they fit very oddly, in addition to feeling narrower than a wide. I had to return them

Felt stiffer than the other Taos I ordered at the same time. I liked the look less in a way I can't describe well.

These shoes are really really cute in the black/tan/white combination, I so wanted to keep them! Unfortunately I found them to be very stiff, heavy and uncomfortable. I have a very average foot, wear between seven and eight depending on the shoe. These shoes just felt really tight and rubbed in all the wrong places.

love the shoes and always have good luck with Taos, but this is second pair of sneakers I've tried. The heel is so low it slips with every step. Sadly, must return.

A bit too stiff. When I took a step, the top of the shoe bent inward and pressed down on my foot. I returned it. Had better luck with the Taos Shooting Star.

These fit great and are very comfortable. I was expecting a true red and these are more crimson, so I’ll be returning them. Hopefully I’ll find a different color that works.

I bought the red plim souls in my usual 7M. The red is pretty and dark but not a true valentine red. The width was good for my slightly narrow foot and the heel was not too wide, but the length was just a pinch too short. Other reviewers had commented on the excellent arch support and cushioned insoles. The soles did not feel especially cushioned to me, and the arch support was not particularly noticeable, so I did not reorder the 7.5. These were my first Taos shoes to try out. I will look at this brand again in the future and hope for a better outcome. Thank you, Zappos, for the free shipping and returns.

Unfortunately, I'll be returning these. They were just too heavy and my heel slipped every time I took a step when I tried them on.

Returned these for the Moc Star. Liked the look and style, but as others mentioned, the back slips off the heel of the foot.

I wish these had worked out; I like the style and fit. But the soles made a squeeky noise when I walked, that was a deal breaker. I had to return them.

Shoe fit too short.. The next size, too big.

I really liked the style of the Plim Soul and I am sure most people would love them. But I had to return them because they just weren’t right for my feet. The heel slipped, toe area did not have enough depth and felt too flat in the heel area. However, I have problem feet that hurt almost all the time. It is very hard to find a shoe that I can wear.

The extra cushiony insole was too cushiony - it pushed up in the middle of my arch in an uncomfortable way.

No matter what, my socks slide down in these. ? Unwearable for a busy mom!

arch support is like one I bought in a show store, feels good - but - if i wear for a long distance stresses some parts of my shin and ankle. less room in the shoe area. keeping one pair for fashion and returning ones i need for distance walking.

I ordered my usual size (11 B), but couldn't even get my foot into these shoes. They have a cute Hawaiian-style pattern and might work for others.

I love the arch support of Taos shoes- I can walk around DC all day in them. But these ones are loose on the heel, so my socks ride down as I walk, which is frustrating.

I usually take a size 40 or 9.5. These are nice and roomy, except my big toe is at the end. But that didn't really seem like a problem. What was a problem is that my low rise, no-show socks kept falling down into the shoe. I tried different no-show socks because I really wanted these to work. But alas, I must return these. They are not going to be good for my trip to Italy where I will be doing a lot of walking. I believe it was the heel, it moved up and down a bit when I walked.

I ordered size 7.5 Wide which felt slightly bigger than other Wide athletic shoes I have purchased. I considered ordering a 7 Wide, however I was disappointed with the lack of cushioning in the forefront of the shoe. The arch support is Excellent but the lack of any cushioning in the forefront makes these uncomfortable for me, therefore I am returning these

I can't believe how off/unregulated the sizes are and that they don't offer a wider range of 1/2 sizes if their sizing is so wacky.

I wear a size 8, M width, and that is what I ordered. An 8 fit well, length-wise. The stitching on the forefoot rubbed on both the little toe and my bunion-like area. The insole seemed supportive and the sole was firm and sturdy. The material was stiff and the shape of the shoe didn't fit with my foot so they are going back.

Ack! The tongue rubbed painfully against the bunion on my right foot. Maybe it's because they're made of canvas and not pliable? In any event, after all of the good reviews, I am disappointed and returning them.
