I hate running/jogging BUT my PureFlow 7 shoes make it a pleasant experience!

Love my Pure Flows and I am on my 5th year wearing this design. Having run multiple marathons and lower distance races in them Over the years, I have had zero hot spots or construction issues. I am particular on not having a narrow toe box and Pure flows have always made my toes happy even after those long runs!

I have been running in a pair of PureFlow 6 shoes for a few years. The PureFlow 7 shoes are comfortable and provide very good arch support. I run about 15 mi/ week. I usually order size 7.5 but for Brooks, I order size 8. They are just slightly on the snug side.

Can't imagine running in anything else. Love that they have a lower drop and more natural feel but still feel supportive. I've run my last 3 marathons in these and always keep a few pairs in rotation. I'm usually between a 8.5 and a 9, I wear a 9 in these. Happy feet!

I'm usually a 7.5 in just about every shoe, but my last pair of Brooks was a size 8. I ordered these in both sizes and they were BOTH way too small. I will try again for an 8.5 because they otherwise felt like they are going to be great.

I had high hopes for these shoes. Sadly, they did not work for me. I find that many athletic shoes no longer have good arch support and cushioning. When your arch is extremely high, that support is so important. These did not compare at all to the Pure Flow 3 that I still own. Pure Flow 3 had arch support and it felt like you were walking on a cloud. They actually helped my foot to heal. How I wish someone would come out with something similar for high arched people. I did like the weight of this shoe and the look of it. I currently have the Adrenaline and I am trying to decide if I should send them back. Again, no arch and no support which makes me so sad. I have been encouraged to give them a couple of weeks. Do you have a suggestion to make them more comfortable? I need some with more flexibility and yet, control.

I just got them in the mail. I haven’t tried them on yet. There’s dirt/rocks/grass in the treads.. which make me think these have been previously worn outside...

To be honest I bought these as house sneakers because my feet could not handle slippers all day everyday while working from home due to COVID-19. So far they have been great for this purpose. They are lightweight, comfortable, and offer enough support. I plan on transitioning these to cross training sneakers once I no longer need house sneakers.

I walk 5 miles a day in all weather and varying terrain. Brooks are one of my walking shoes of choice. This pair is slightly shorter but more importantly the toe box is stiff and just doesn’t give enough. I can’t get to the post office right now so I’m keeping these shoes and hoping they soften up a bit with use.

This is my third pair of PureFlow and my 7th pair of Brooks shoes. This is the only pair I have not been happy with. The shoe has changed from the previous series. It's shallow, so harder to get foot into. It is thinner than "normal" has been in the past and the length is shorter than any other size 9 I have had of Brooks shoes. Going to keep them but not as happy. Bummer when shoes get changed up from the norm.

This shoe was advertised as true to size. I wear a size 8 in all shoes and that’s what I ordered. After I walked and ran in them 3 times, I developed a blister between my toes. They are very snug across the toe area and about a half size short. I love the sole and the cushion. I’m stuck with them because I’ve worn them. I’m very disappointed. Guess I’ll go back to Sauconys.

I like the shoe...... this is my second pair of the pure flow but a different color! I really like the color!! There could be more arch support....... there’s little to none! But overall I really like these Brooks!!

Loved the shoe color and quality but unfotunately I didnt realize how narrow these truly are so I will be purchasing a different Brooks style in W since these don't come in one. If you have a wide foot- these shoes are not for you.

I'm not a runner but I need the extra support these shoes give. They are very comfortable and fit my foot well. I am thankful one of my runner friends who has run many, many marathons recommended Brooks to me.

I feel like I spend my life searching for the perfect shoe to accommodate a sesamoid bone that fractured years ago and never quite healed. This is my second pair of Pure Flows. They appeal to me because they are narrow at the heel and through the mid-foot, but the boxier toe allows my achy big toe a little extra space to spread out. Plus, they're really cute without being flashy. Works for me!

Brooks have been my favorite running shoe for a long time. However, these shoes are great for walking. They are NOT great for running. They are not flexible for when your feet hit the pavement, thus causing shin splints. They also cause blistering on back of right heel. Not a great running shoe for me.

Really love these shoes! I've just started running about 10-15 miles a week and these shoes have made all the difference, even shaving off time in the first try! The support in the arch area has been a game changer for me. I never thought I could find a shoe that was light and airy, yet feel like a bed for my feet with every strike. These are it!

My favorite running shoe ever! Super light weight and neutral with enough padding for the longer mileage days. Enough space for natural spread of the toes without being too wide for sliding. I've run both my marathons in the pure flow and can't imagine running in anything else!

I have used PureFlow shoes for many years, and love the feel and flexibility. However, the toe box is extremely small and I always have to buy a half-size larger than my true size. The PureFlow 7 seems even tighter in the toe box than usual, with the foot bed even narrower than usual. Hopefully this isn't a trend that continues, because it may mean 7 is the last model I can make work!

The Brooks website suggests that this is a good alternative to their old, beloved zero-drop Pure Cadence model line. While it's a quality product, it didn't have anywhere near the overall comfort level of the Pure Cadence, felt clunky, and was too tight across the top if you have even a slightly higher than average arch. I didn't feel that my foot had the same range of movement as their old Pure Cadence line. :(
I'd also recommend:
Brooks is still great ... just looking for the "right" model for my feet.
