These are the second pair of Brooks that I've purchased. My first ones lasted me close to two years working as a CNA so I thought I would get myself another pair. I have high arches and this pair of shoes really molds to my foot when I'm walking or running. Good tread on the bottom but can almost feel whatever surface your on through the bottom. Not a bad thing but I prefer cushion (my first pair of shoes) over connect (these ones).

These seem to run a little smaller than my normal Pure Cadence. These are not bad, but not the best substitution for Pure Cadence. They don't help with my pronation as well as I need. I have loved Brooks for over 11 years. I have always worn Pure Cadence. These are okay, but I may have to try a new brand to get the results I got from the Cadence since Brooks no longer makes them. Overall, a pretty good running shoe if you like the pure line. Brooks are good quality and have good customer service.

These are the best Pure Flow since 1. They run a tad small but I would not size up. They are roomy (but not too roomy) in the toe and super comfortable. I love them.

I like it! I have been trying to cultivate a more natural gate leading with my toes instead of my heels, and these are working out well for that.

I am buying a whole size larger...I tried this same pair one half size larger and they were a tiny bit short. The whole size up makes a difference. Not sure if it is just this model or if I need to buy a whole size larger for every shoe model?

I have never been so satisfied with a running shoe as I was with Brooks Pure. I really wish you would make them again or sell me a pair you still have lying around the warehouse. The Pureflow 7 hurt my feet after several hours of wear as they create at the lower end of the tongue placket.

Fit and size were fine. I am generally happy with the fit of Brooks shoes, but although this shoe was very comfortable, I found the styling to be quite unattractive and they were returned for that reason. I kept the Adrenaline GTS20.

I wear these during my fairly strenuous walking times and I absolutely LOVE these shoes. They are comfortable, none of the places that tend to annoy do! I would wear them all the time but want to save them for my walking events.

These shoes are a great fit with plenty of room in the toe and a snug fit in the rest of the shoe. They have also worn well - on the beach and on the road. Highly recommend.

After 6 months of wearing a black version of Pure Flow 7 ,they are ripped.I love your brand and this model is the best but the fabric you are using lately is very poor quality This is a new pair and hope will last more than the previous one

They are ok.... they actually kindof hurt my feet. I will definitely try a different kind next time.

They are comfortable and supportive, but they started to rip apart on the top after a month of running. I do not run long distance (more than 5 miles) and not even everyday, but they were not as durable as I was hoping.

Too narrow in the toe area and was pinching my fifth toe. Had to return.

So far, these are exactly what I hoped for. I have narrow feet but find that I can tighten these perfectly and don't experience heel slipping. They are fairly light but still feel supportive enough for me. I primarily jog on a treadmill, and these are a great fit for my workouts and my feet.

I ordered a half size up (as is the case with most running shoes) and the length was fine then. That said, Brooks are TYPICALLY narrow, but these were much too wide for my narrow feet. Too bad b/c the style was so cute & I was excited about going down to a 4mm drop. Yes, going from an 8mm drop to a 4mm drop was PAINFUL on my first outing (feet hurt SO bad, starting just a couple minutes into my first 2 mile walk) BUT I know it's just an adjustment. Looks like a hideous pair of NB's are gonna have to be ordered b/c they come in narrow. Ugh. Also, side note, the larger grid on the bottom caught a BUNCH of large pebbles on that first flat trail walk. I'd say this shoe is for indoor/asphalt only.

When I first opened these shoes, I wasn't sure because the toe is solid. It's not a flexible material like I am used too. Also the back of the shoe is really snug on my ankle/achilles area which is not something I have had before. It turns out I really like these shoes and those features especially! They are lightweight, comfortable, and they support my feet without making me feel like they are realigning my joints into an unnatural state. I also really like the look of the shoe, the toe is almost squared off. I may need to get a 2nd pair just to wear around town!

Comfortable- feel nicely padded but not clunky or heavy. Love how low-profile they are.

I've worn this shoe since there was a pure flow 1. I really like it because it's lightweight, soft and pliable. I don't like a stiff shoe, and this one definitely is not. This one is better than the six, which used to irritate the front of my ankle with the stiff tongue. But they fixed that problem on this model.
