Great neutral shoe that is lightweight yet durable. It?s a great shoe for traveling given how lightweight it is. I use them as my daily running shoe and I put a beating on my running shoes - these handle it gracefully. I also dig the appearance which isn?t something I always get to say about my running shoes.

Love, love, love these shoes. I have a pair of pure cadence from years ago and have been trying to replace them for a long time. finally found a comparable shoe in the pure flow 7.

The support to feet and ankles was better than expected. I not only run but participate in a lot of Aerobic and anaerobic exercises that involve a lot of jumping.

Background: 35 mi/week runner, ran two marathons in Saucony Kinvaras (v8 and v10). Neutral lightweight runner. Midfoot/forefoot strike. Trained up to 13 mile run in Merrell Vapor Gloves (v3 and v4). I think these shoes are pretty good. I normally wear Vapor Gloves, but I wanted something to replace my Kinvaras (because they were getting worn down) for my long run days or when my feet are feeling a bit beaten up, and these do the job. I wore an 8 in Kinvara 10s, but my toe nails suffered in the marathon, so I went with an 8.5 in the PureFlows. They definitely aren't too long, but the heel cup felt larger than I would have liked, so I used the tighter ankle loop for the laces to lock it in. I seem to need to remind myself to stop scrunching my toes while running in these - not sure if that's me or the shoe. Haven't had any toenail issues with these, but I also haven't done more than a 10-mile run in them yet. Personal preference - I do not like the puffy laces. Both the Kinvaras and Vapor Gloves have flat laces, and I prefer them resolutely. The bottom of the shoe (as you might have guessed) definitely gets rocks stuck in it fairly often. It is a fairly firm ride I suppose (at least compared to the Kinvaras), but having spent a lot of time in minimalist/barefoot shoes, this does not bother me.

I have been running in Pure Flow for at least 10 years, and this version is one of the best.

I usually wear a 6.5 in a running shoe. I originally bought a 7, because the reviews said the toe box was a little small. Well, I received the size 7, and they were so tight. I immediately returned them and sized up to a 7.5. These are also still a little tight in the toe box. Maybe its the cut of the shoe? Anyway, they are very light and quite breathable. They have great arch support and help with impact & groundfeel. I do like them, but they are just small - I'm not sure if I will keep them or return them within the 90 day review period.

I am an essential x-ray worker at a hospital. I work 13 hour shifts and don't sit often. Always on my feet and always going especially since COVID. I initially found Brooks because no other shoe I tried lasted long enough. The first few pairs I purchased were walking shoes. This pair however I decided to get a running pair... my fault I guess. They are not built the same. The heals are too curved or something and they hurt my heals so bad. First pair of Brooks I wasn't in love with from the first time I put them on. Was going to return them but after wearing then in the hospital and the trauma room I feel it's unfair. Lesson learned. ?

I'm a new runner with rheumatoid arthritis. These have been great at making my ankles feel stabilized while being lightweight so it doesn't feel like I have weights on my ankles. They are also really supportive in the sole of the shoe. They don't just feel like a big squishy pillow...there is resistance in the bottom in certain places that really makes it feel supportive as you're running.

I started using pure flow when I was 19. This is the only shoe I run distance in. I love them. I have wider feet and bunions- and find these shoes to be comfortable

This is my second pair and I love them. I'm just a walker so they last me a while but I love the comfort and style. I wish there were more color options, though.

I really like these shoes for running. I have struggled for years with shin splints and have tried so many different shoes. Since I've been running in these shoes I have not had any issues with shin splints.

I love these shoes, as a new runner I had tried several different brands of shoes and I think I finally found my pair! These are perfect as I don't like to have much "chunk" on the bottom, I like to feel more like I'm on the ground, almost like I'm not wearing shoes but I have the support still.

I hardly feel the pavement when I?m wearing these shoes! Super comfortable, low impact on my joints, and it feels like I?m running on a cloud.
