Very lightweight. Comfortable, just not as comfortable as other styles.

These are my favorite shoe for running XC. I like the way the shoe is light and molds to my foot. This is my third pair. One pair for last year XC, one for track (which really didn't happen due to covid) so I ran all summer in them, and my third pair is these which have been great!

Not a runner, but work on my feet, Box toe is wide enough to give your toes plenty of room arch is great, over all very comfortable shoe.

Love it shoe! Please keep making this shoe for us runners.

I love these shoes! This is my second pair of PureFlow 7 in a year but I started with Brooks shoes way back. The shoe is so comfortable from day one ... From how it fits snug around the foot to its soft but simple sole cushion. This shoe is great for road running and cross training at the gym. I highly recommend the PureFlow 7!

I love the look of these shoes and wanted to use them as my go-to running shoes. I have been wearing the Glycerins for a few years, but wanted to try a more minimalist shoe. The only problem I found with these is that the size I use in the Glycerins was just slightly too short for long wearing. Unfortunately, I have a wide toe box and narrow heel. Buying the next size up wouldn't work, as the heel would slip even with a runner's knot. I will, however, keep them as my casual "sneakers" for everyday wear.

I am a big fan of the pure cadence and unfortunately those were discontinued. I bought another pair of brooks but was disappointed in the stability of the sneaker. After reading through the reviews, this sneaker was recommended by former cadence fans like myself. And the reviews were spot on. This shoe is great for those looking for stability, have a narrow heel, neutral strike and want the cushion with light weight. It fits like a glove. I typically wear a half size up in sneaker. These are a title tight in the beginning even with the half size up but they loosen up well. Awesome sneaker for the pure cadence fan looking for a new love!

The wide toe box is a perfect fit. Love how light they are too.

These are my favorite shoes. I wear them to walk 4 mi/day. They are stylish with shorts and leggings, so I feel put together when I leave my exercise clothes on all day. I wear them without socks and they wash perfectly. I already have 2 pair that I rotate, and I just ordered 2 more for fear they would stop making these. I love the material, colors, fit....everything! SO COMFORTABLE.

Favorite shoe by far ?. Comfortable and very lightweight which makes walking and running fun.

I've been wearing PureFlow's for the past 5+ years. I've had multiple knee surgeries and this shoe has given me the best support I've ever had. I recently purchased the PureFlow 7 and am very disappointed. The 7 seems to run more narrow than my previous PureFlows making it very uncomfortable and leaving my feet feeling "squished" almost immediately. Color 078 pattern also shows how dirty the shoes get very quickly. I've been wearing them for 3 weeks now and am seeing no improvement with comfort.

Please do not discontinue the Pureflow.

Plain and simple my feet still hurt. Its been three weeks now and no change and I brought them a half size bigger but yet they are to tight......

3rd time repurchasing this shoe just in a different color. I've used them for trail runs and speed work on the track. They work great

Not as cushioned as older Pure Flow

Love the roomy toe box and low drop! Got these since Brooks no longer makes the PureCadence. They aren't the same but are a pretty close runner up.
