I started with Brooks in 2012 with the Transcend while suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. Back then the toe/heel drop was 8 mm. Great supportive shoe with low heel...I still have them for walking the dog. I've been disappointed that Brooks doesn't have a 5 - 6mm range on any of their shoes. Most are 10 - 12 mm! After ditching my Transcend 6s b/c new heel pain and a 10 mm toe/heel drop, I tried the PureFlows and was instantly amazed at how more easily I could run! I think the lower drop makes for a more efficient stride. I didn't want to stop running! (BTY, I've been running for 40 years and now in my 50s), The only downside was that I needed more support so I did have to add arch supports. I wish Brooks would make a supportive shoe that has a 4 - 6mm toe/heel drop for those of us that can tell the difference! 8 mm is too high! I don't want to leave the Brooks family!

My favorite part about this shoe is how low around my ankle the shoe sits. Most running shoes sit closer to the ankle bone, but my ankles swell and make most running shoes uncomfortable. Also, the sole is very stable. This is my second purchase of this shoe and I'll stick with it as long as they make it.

Due to wildfire smoke I have only been able to run in these three times but so far they are comfortable. I am a low milage, neutral runner who prefers less support so these fit the bill. I really appreciated the "find your shoe" quiz that found these for me.

Day 1: 13h of nursing; 5 miles total within the hospital. Shoes are grippy, supportive, great arch support, and won tons of compliments for style. Day 2: 7 miles of running, 3 miles of walking; enjoyed every step. Will be getting a second pair for backup!

I have had three kids and my feet aren’t as narrow as they used to be, so I ordered a half a size larger and that larger size fit perfectly. I have never ordered lager than shoe size before but do notice some slimmer shoes I used to wear don’t fit anymore. The shoes are light, breathable and look nice. I would recommend them.

Love the toe room. However, they seem to lack support at the ball of the foot. Arch support is good.

I love the way these look and they are fine for just wearing daily, but they hurt my feet when I run. I thought maybe I just needed to break them in or something but so far they still hurt. I even sized up half a size hoping that would help and they still hurt.

Been running in pureflows for years I love them I was also told last year that they were discontinued at the rock and roll Philly half marathon expo by a brooks worker. Please don't discontinue these

Brooks are the best for those of us with high arches and these are super comfortable from day one, no blisters and no break-in time needed!

Love my Brooks PureFlow 7 running shoes. I have a narrow, flat foot and these shoes are the most comfortable to run in. Fit snug where needed with a wide toe box. Highly recommend!!

My first Brook's shoe. These are now my favorite running shoe. They feel light on my feet. Some reviews say the toe box is narrow but I think its just right.

This is the third pair of Pureflow I have bought for my daughter. She loves the fit and declared her latest pair to be simply gorgeous.

i've been ordering these for three years and love them!! i love that they're a nice plain black and white without any mesh or anything which makes then great for every day wear. they can feel a little snug when you first get them but i do think they stretch out a bit.

This shoe has excellent cushioning for my jogs. I stick with jogs that are 4-6 miles most days, and this shoe handles the road and short trails very well. The arch support and heel cushion are evident from the moment I put the shoes on. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love them. I was looking for a good minimalist shoe to replace my Newton's which fell apart after two half's and a Ragnar, and all the training involved. Instantly, my hip and knee pain, along with calf soreness, disappeared. Absolutely love them! If buying, make sure you get a half size up. I normally run in a 10.5 Newton, 10 street shoe, and ordered a 10.5 and fit perfectly.

I wasn’t sure about these shoes but based on reviews I took a chance. They run way smaller than just one full shoe size. The fit is low so you’d think a full size smaller would fit lose but they were super tight. Maybe it’s just my foot but I wasn’t impressed.

Really like these shoes, but a bit snug. Felt fine when I first put them on, but pinched my small toe when I used them for running. Probably good for walking, but not so much for running. Was disappointed that I would have to return them.
