Perfect fit and style! Comfortable for work and standing all day.

Wonderfully built shoes.

I'm so used to medium widths being narrow, and wide widths being like a medium, that I got these to accommodate a somewhat wide foot. But, my foot isn't this wide. It's wide all the way around the foot (the girth). So, these didn't fit me. But, if you have a fairly wide foot that's anywhere from a C-D width, you're in luck!

I love the Ariat brand. They are the only ones I've found who truly provide wide-width cowboy boots. Unfortunately, the wide width of this shoe was a little to narrow for my foot and I had to return them. Because these boots were exactly what I was looking for -- I like the hook lacing on top and smooth leather uppers. I could have worn these boots to work in an office.

I had ordered both these and the Ariat Scout Zip, and decided to splurge and keep these - I'm so glad I did! The cushioning and support are better, especially in the heel, which I've come to appreciate while posting. I didn't feel they needed much breaking in as they were comfortable right away, but as I've been using them they are becoming even more comfortable. I'm new to riding English so they are taking a beating with all the lessons, but they barely look worn. I used some leather conditioner over the weekend to clean them up a bit, and not only do they look brand new, the leather became even more supple. I would say if you can afford the splurge, these are well worth the investment. There's a reason why these are recommended on all the riding forums.

The day I found out Ariat made some women's boots in wide width my life changed. I have another pair of paddock boots i wear at the barn; these were purchased purely for everyday wear and they do NOT disappoint. Stylish, comfortable, and true to size! I did add some gel heel pads to precent slippage and blisters while I break them in.

This is my daughters favorite boot. The only one that really fits her feet. she has a narrow foot. There well built, they last a very long time. She's very hard on shoes. She wears them till they start to fall apart. She wears them everyday everywhere. Winter, summer, spring and fall. Its the only shoes she wears. I just bought her 2 new pairs. When she come home from college the one shoe was starting to fall apart. She loves the style. She wanted Dr. Martens but there too big on her feet.
