These are nice: nice but they were tight across my high instep. I had bought five different kinds of clog-like shoes with the intention of keeping one pair. These are not the ones. But I might have kept them had I not found a pair I liked better. I think they'd stretch.

This is a beautiful shoe but if you have high arches, it crunches the top of the foot, ouch. Regretfully, I had to return these although I think Zappos is a great outlet overall.

I wanted to like these shoes, I like clogs but now find I want the security of a back so they can't slip off. Per previous reviews, I ordered a half size lower and the length was just right, but the heel slid a lot, and that was on the foot I broke that is swollen in the ankle area. Otherwise seemed like good quality and comfort, but I had to return them.

These seem like sturdy well made shoes but my heels slide out the back badly.

These are currently the only shoes I can wear pain-free (I have bone spurs in a toe and plantar fasciitis in my right foot). I chose my usual size (9.5) and it fit well. These are comfortable out of the box and I can wear them all day. They're steady on all kinds of surfaces and I can even bike in them or chase kids at the school where I work if needed. My only complaints are style related: the color (cognac) was not true to the photo on Zappos (I'd call it caramel, much browner and a bit boring) and clogs are just never going to be quite as cute as I'd like my shoes to be, BUT the comfort is well worth it. I'm planning to buy the same shoe in black.

Great clog, but again it was too wide on my foot. I wear a 7.5 M and it was about a half size too big. Very comfortable but not sure I would like the style on me.

They were fine. Not very attractive shoes but I’m going more for comfort.

Nice leather shoes. My size is 6.5 they felt about 1/2 size too big for my feet. They slip out of my heel when I walk, but I put some cushioned around my toes so they fit OK. I'll keep them because I like them very much! Thank you Zappos for fast and good service!

I like my Born boots, which are also a size 9, and in general find Born to be a quality shoe, but this size 9 was too large in the heel for my foot. I have a medium front and narrow heel, so this is often a problem, but some clogs work fine. Also, the heel was a touch too high for me, but would work for those who are used to heels.

Interestingly, my left foot is a half size longer than my right (left=6, right=5.5). However, with this pair, it is my right foot that fits true to size, and the heel slips on the left shoe. I added a gel cushion to see if that would help, and was happy with the fit. They are very comfortable. The toe bed is wide, which I like. Support is good. I had tried the Dansko version of this style and had to return because they felt like a size 6.5 on both feet.

Overall comfortable shoe. Having plantar faciatis I was hoping for a better arch support. But still happy with the shoe.

These clogs are nice leather and the old pair I had fell apart after six years of hard wear. I read reviews that they run small, but ordered my usual size 6.5. They are too big, they slipped off at the heel. I am going to have to exchange for size 6.

The length and width were generally true to size. The way the toe box cut off at an angle squeezed my pinkie toes. Just couldn't be comfortable.

I kept buying this shoe for many years. Since pandemic the quality went downhill. I wanted try my luck again after two years since last purchase and return. I received an 8 instead of size 7 that I ordered. When I opened the box, I was surprised to find two different old worn pads someone left in each shoe. Luckily Zappos always has the best customer service. I returned it right away. Just wish the black color and good quality of leather and workmanship will be back soon to Born.

I have worn Born Clogs for YEARS and always loved them. I think the last ones I had were Born Toby II. This pair of Toby Duo simply doesn't fit like the others have. They feel tight across the front of the foot, but yet my heel is slipping with every step. They might stretch a bit being leather, but that might make the slipping in the heel even worse! Unfortunately I will have to return them. I also tried a half size smaller, and they were WAY to tight!

I don't love these shoes. They are comfortable enough but less supportive than they look (and are reviewed to be). I walk 4-5 miles a day to work and back, but they don't feel cushioned enough to withstand that.

What happened to Born??? Have always worn 8.5, this is 2nd or 3rd pair that is extra long (trip hazard) plus the toe box in M width is perfect and roomy, but now my heel comes up and down as if they’re too big. I am going to try 8 but pretty sure toes will be smushed. Go back to original sizing. I’m beginning to think shoe companies are using same size bottom for 3-4 sizes and then just cover the extra length. I read that from another shoe brand. Sorry that extra length screws up a normal stride. Bet men’s shoes aren’t produced this way! Leave reviews about unusual wide heel area for your normal size and the extra toe length. Enough stink made maybe women will get quality shoe makers that care about the customer. Spurs and bunions are from years of wearing cute shoes that made our feet look small when we were younger. Those who know the pain now know proper fit is crucial, and who cares what size a person wears. When you feel good, you look good.

The fit and size is about true. I buy this clog every year. This years quality is downhills a big time. It was made in Vietnam. Before it was made in China. This is not Born quality. The leather is not shiny as before. The seams was sewed with bumps all over the place. Horrible! I exchange twice and give up. The whole batch seems bad.

These fit oddly. They sort of tipped forward and the right shoe felt, twisted on my foot a little. Born is disappointing me lately — and i have been a fan for years. Their selection isn’t what it used to be (where are the awesome clogs?!). And they’re resting on the BOC branch (which isn’t as high quality) for the trendier stuff. :/ not happy.

I have other Born shoes. These look nice, very nice shoe, but I was disappointed in these. I have average feet, and measure at a 7.5. These shoes were both big and small. The 7.5 shoe felt tight as I put it on and I felt it was squeezing my foot everywhere. But when I walked around in them, my heel kept lifting up out of the back, which was very strange. I could tell that these would cause a lot of heel pain due to that up and down motion. So, they are going back, sadly.

I love Born shoes and own several pairs. Unfortunately, I didn't keep these. Despite ordering my regular size, my heel slipped out of the back. Even with thick socks, I wasn't able to keep the back of these shoes on. I don't think ordering a smaller size would have helped, as the actual length seemed right. For reference, I have a normal to slightly narrow foot. I wish they had fit better because the brown is a perfect color and they seem to be made really well.

Good quality, but sized too small.

I had high hopes for these shoes. They were comfortable out of the box, but after wearing for only a few hours, the back rubbed a sore on my ankles (Achilles tendon area). Then every step hurt. I think they come up too high on the foot and this caused the rubbing. Sending them back....
