Comfortable, functional, and utterly wild colors

Fit is great, wonderful walking shoes. Wore them on all types of terrain in New Mexico. Drawback in Florida, they fill up with loose sand on the beach before you even get to the water. Once there they are fine in water.

Great color and fit.

My last Newports, circa 2003, have been through camping, swimming, biking, many laundry cycles, and are still holding up, even if worn and floppy looking. (I have reglued the soles twice). I bought the new Retros because of the gorgeous tie dye, and they look and fit great. Zappos recommended the 7.5, which had plenty of toe room, a bit too much, and my big toe joint fell short in the shoe. The 7s, my usual size, fit snugly and the toes are under the bumper but don't feel cramped. Can get a thin sock in there. The large profile of the shoe looks and feels better in the smaller size; I hope I don't regret this later. The wide chunky sole gives good stability for my wobbly ankles, and makes the moderate arch support feel more substantial. I'm keeping the old ones for biking with pedal clips, so as to not scuff up the beautiful Retros. But if I pass them along, they still have lots of life left. So nice to not have to throw useful things in the trash.

Yes. some may call these clown shoes.. but I get loads of compliments. I have used this shoes for everyday dog-walking, sailing in the Aegean, moderate hiking all summer.. and I continue to wear these to exercise, on weekends, etc. They are my go-to shoes and after over six months of continuous wear, I am getting a second pair.. just to put in the closet in case the old ones someday wear out and are no longer available... Clown or not, these are the single most comfortable, durable, and multi-tasking casual shoes I have ever had. Dump the sneakers, use these instead! I generally wear 9.5 shoes, and usually 10 for regular hiking boots... I ordered a 10 in these.

I really love these shoes, I've been watching them for a couple months and then I saw the price dip and went and grabbed up a pair, so glad I did, even better than expected, can't wait until next summer so I can wear them all the time :)

Comfortable out of the box and my feet don't hurt after a day of wear. I usually wear 5.5 to 6 depending on brand and ordered these in 6 which is a perfect fit. Love the wide toe box and the stability. The tie dye pattern is so pretty and great for spring/summer. Needed some summer shoes that would be better than sandals and these fit the bill perfectly.

I needed a 10. Because a 10 was unavailable I ordered the 9.5. It's a little snug, but should loosen up a bit.

So far I am thrilled with my shoes! Have only had them a few days, but they seem comfortable. They fit well and are plenty wide for me through the toe box. The color is so cute and I have had compliments on them every time I have worn them out.

Felt a little tighter than I was expecting compared to other Keen Newport sandals, but they fit so much better! My sweaty feet blistered a little with the warm Texas heat, but they are very comfortable once they are worn in a little bit, hence the three stars. Perfectly comfy with and without socks. Can't wait to wear these shoes all summer!

Exactly what I thought I would be getting. Love the bright colors, the fit, and the support for my feet. Some people may think that I am blinding them, but these shoes are awesome! So glad that I was able to get them for a deal and not full priced!

Really sturdy foot bed - great for water and hiking. Seems true to size all around. Great support for the entire foot. I could not resist the Retro tie dye pattern!

At first I thought these ran small because i ordered my usual size and it seemed like my big toe was touching the top of the shoe. So i ordered a half size up but those were way too big! I am going to be keeping the ones in my usual size. I think they only seem a little small and that they will stretch just a little bit with time and wear. The back seems a little too wide but i have narrow, skinny feet. I don’t think it is enough to be a problem. I love the rainbow, tie dye colors on this retro sandal!

Thanks to earlier buyers, my pair were a half size larger than a typical Keen purchase. Perfect fit and comfort!

My new favorite summer sandal! I held back for weeks on ordering these, as I thought they were for kids only. Thrilled to find they are for adults, too! Very colorful, very comfortable, great arch support, and don’t look like clown shoes on my long feet. These will be perfect for exploring subtropical climates this summer. I ordered 1/2 size up and they fit perfectly. Wide toe box protects nerve damage to one big toe and roomy enough for nerd socks, too. They feel sturdy and stable on my feet, important for a healing broken ankle. Very pleased with this purchase. Long time Keen wearer, first time I’ve worn this style. Thank you Keen and Zappos!

I have purchased and worn many Keens. These fit just as expected like other Newport sandals. The tie-dye is really fun to wear. I love these keens!
