They sent me totally wrong shoes. Not even close to right.

I took these to my trip to cancun mex i noticed that after a week of used the one was coming unglued? which it should had been since they were new. This is the 2nd pair of keens that do that so i dont recomend keens at all

Way too small. The fit is awkward and stiff. I could get my foot in but it was too tight to walk comfortably. They are strangely wide, so not very attractive. Sending them back. Too bad. I have a pair of Keen walking shoes which I adore.

Unfortunately these Keens went back- returned. First off they looked like someone else returned them, looked used, and the shoes weren’t packed in the box correctly. They should of had paper, shoe cardboard inserts etc. and they had none of that, they were just shoved in the box. Also, the tye-dye was supposed to be tye-dye however one shoe had purple and green and the other shoe orange and yellow. Hardly tye-dye. The pair should of been a mix of colors. I already have them boxed up or I would of taken pictures. Either case these retro tye-dye Keens were hard to find, everyone was out of them. Actually I recall now that these Keens I’m returning said “last pair” when I ordered. They should of never been sent to me. Nothing but a waste of my time. I finally found some but it took me awhile. But the shoe is great and the colors were great, nice and bright. The reason I only gave 1* for “overall” is because the person who filled my order should never of sent it. Zappos needs to have a box we can check for “CUSTOMERS SERVICE “. Wonder why they don’t?????
