These are great pair of ankle boots, especially given the modest price. This is the second pair I have purchased. I wear my first pair weekly in the winter and have had them for more than a year, and they still look great.

I just ordered the grey but have the black ones and my review is on the black ones. these have been the most comfortable shoe I have so I ordered the grey...hopefully they will be exactly like the black ones! I also have foot problems. My feet ache a lot from standing and walking so its wonderful to be walking in a comfortable shoe!

The size fit me perfectly. The heel doesn't slip and they are amazingly soft. These can be worn when walking or standing for extended periods of time without worrying about needing to break them in or getting blisters.

I bought 2 pair!!!

These shoes are adorable. I purchased the black and like that the dotted pattern is a bit more subtle. They are unbelievably comfortable. I think the fact that they are microfiber rather than leather helps that. Also there is a thin layer of cork in the sole and I think this contributes to their comfort. You can't beat a shoe that's both stylish and comfortable.

Wear them all day right out of the box. Cute and comfortable not always an easy thing to find. I will look at more shoes from this brand because I like these boots so much.

I work on my feet all day and these are super cute and comfy. The neutral goes with everything.

Very comfortable when first put on but wearing all day did bother my pinkie toe a bit, the widest part of my foot. Overall they look great but I didn't notice the weird brown rubber layer in the sole on the images. On these grey shoes, it makes them look like I stepped in dirt.

I ended up returning these because I wasn’t sold on them for me, but they were very cute. I dislike my ankle peeking out the side and prefer a slightly taller boot. The color and style was perfect. They fit great but slightly smaller than other size 11s I own.

I originally bought the Olive color in a 9W and they were perfect--casual, comfy, and worked with a pretty wide variety of styles and colors--but the heel started breaking away after a year or so, so I decided to buy again, but try the Putty color this time for even more versatility. The first pair I got seemed fine--maybe a little stiff--but after wearing them for a few hours, the right shoe started to make an awful squeaking noise. It sounded like it was coming from underneath the insole, which is non-removable, and I couldn't get it to stop, so Zappos was kind enough to let me exchange for a new pair. The new pair came and actually felt better than the first pair, with no squeaking the first day of wear....and then it started happening, this time with both shoes! I don't feel comfortable asking to exchange again, but it does seem that the insole could be removed with a little work, so I'm hoping to find something to fit between the insole and inside bottom of the shoe to get it to stop because they really are cute shoes and I think the Putty color will transition well into spring (whereas the Olive felt more winter-y). I never had this issue with the Olive pair, but maybe the shoe has been updated slightly since then? Either way, I really like these shoes and I'll keep them and hopefully fix the squeak, but if you try them, it might be worth walking around the house for more than a few minutes to make sure they don't squeak.

I think they will break in well and not be sloppy, so I’m keeping them. They felt a little narrow, but they are super cute! Will see as I wear them how it goes. It “appears” there are little holes, which is why I didn’t choose these in the winter, but it’s just the top layer, so don’t be scared to get these in any season.

These are very cute but have nowhere near the amount of arch support that I need so I need to size up in order to fit my orthotics - so they have to go back. Very cute though if you don't need serious arch support.

The fit was just ok on these but they were so comfortable that I almost kept them even though I didn’t love them. I can’t put my finger on why they weren’t perfect fit wise. It could have been the cut of the boot itself. In the photos the split at the ankle is bigger, but on my foot it was virtually non existent so the shoe didn’t look as polished as it should have.

This bootie seemed to run big -- it slipped on my heels when I walked. I'd recommend ordering a 1/2 size down.

Really cute boots, true to size and description. Unfortunately, the top of the boot hit my bunion in an odd place, so they were a bit uncomfortable and I had to return them.

Very nice boots, I got them in a 7 1/2 wide ( as my size 8 were sold out) hoping that I could squeeze my size 8 foot in them. But I could not. I would say they are a true 7 1/2.

this is my third pair (black with 1" heel bootie, Black bootie flat, and Taupe with 1" heel) LOVE them!
