Too big for my tastes. It is 12 x 9. I prefer half that size. I must have misread the description. The pattern is pretty and I see that the construction is well made.

This is an attractive and roomy bag. What I don't like is the fact that the outside pocket flap often doesn't open easily as expected. Also, the interior fabric of the bag is so dark that one can't find things by looking inside.

Love the bag, size is perfect, great colors. Inside lining is dark , making it hard to find my items

I gave this one to my daughter she loves it and uses it alot.

I injured my shoulder and I needed a bag that i could crossover and that was light weight and roomy. This was perfect the only thing I didn't like was the background color looks purple and on the website it looks blue and the leaves are not in the same order as they are on the picture. Other than that I Love it.

Like the size. Ideal for shopping. Has nice compartments for organization.

Versatile and Accommodating

This bag is a little heavier than previous purchases. It is a new style for me. You no longer offer the style I prefer. I would love to see brighter colors in the fabrics especially for summer.

Pretty pattern but I had trouble finding a Hummingbird. Unfortunately I bought mine online and the placement wasn't the best. I live chatted with a rep and told her what I was looking for in a bag and she suggested this one. Its a little bigger in person than I thought it would be which makes it really heavy on my permanently injured shoulder when filled and kind of bulky. Unfortunately I didn't realize how uncomfortable it would be until I used it once and now I'm stuck with something I spent alot of money on based on a reps suggestion that I'll probably not use again.

Love the bag, lots of room. Very pleased.

I like the way it is set up and it is large enough to carry what I need but it is not heavy on my shoulder.

I personally prefer tote bag because I like putting all my stuff in the bag. Carson shoulder bag is a bit small for me. This is my second one. I bought the first one since I wanted to give it a try and I loved it so much. I can put all my stuff in it BUT not my water bottle. It's light weight. However, I bought the 2nd one due to the pattern. Even more beautiful in person.

I really like the outside pockets on the bag for those items you need to access quickly. I wish the slip pockets on the inside of the bag were a little wider.

I love the size and design of the Carson Shoulder bag, really appreciate the outside pockets which are so welcome. However, I hate the crossbody strap is ridiculously narrow. It's just shy of one inch wide. By contrast, the much shorter shoulder strap has a perfect width of 1-3/4 inch wide. Please, VB, widen the crossbody strap of this bag to 1-1/2 inch.

Like the Carson shoulder bag. Wish it was wider and little deeper. I will probably buy again.

Love the design of this bag. The reason I gave it a 4 is because I wish it was a little bigger. Other than that, I would recommend the bag to anyone.

Nicebag. But the Carson bag is too big for my purposes and the, Mini Carson bag is a little too smal,small, I have ordered the Mini Multi- Compartment bag and we'll see.

This is the 3rd time i have bought this purse. I really like it. It's the right size and lots of pockets. They improved the loose pockets inside by making them smaller. But I miss the phone pocket on the outside. Yes I would buy this again.

This bag has everything: style pockets safety Very roomy and two ways of wearing it. You couldn't ask for more. This year's Breast Cancer Pattern is beautiful and goes with everything. Unfortunately for me it was larger than I was looking for. I exchanged it another Breast Cancer bag.

I'm really enjoying my new bag. I LOVE the outside pockets. perfect place for my glasses, ink pens, insulin pen, etc. and the inside is so roomy. i might be in love

Love everything about the purse. Wear it over my shoulder and it fits comfortably. Love access to the pockets on the outside and under the flap

I love the design and size of this bag, and the crossbody strap. But the fabric is cheap, not like bags I've bought in years past where the fabrics were more substantial and even chintz was used. The strap needs to be wider, so it does not cut into the shoulder, and needs more padding, like straps used to have. So in these regards, I was very disappointed.
