This bag is super versatile which I wasn't expecting. I am a wedding coordinator and you never know what you will find in my purse. All the different compartments make everything nice and organized. I love that it is a crossbody and a shoulder bag. I am a full figured girl and sometime crossbody straps can too short but this one is perfect!

This Carson bag reminds me of the Double Zip Mailbag which I loved. I also loved the Stephanie bag which also is no longer available. However, the Carson makes up for it. I love a bag with compartments to keep items separated and organized. I really like the pattern Lavender Meadow, perfect for spring and summer. I also like the two different straps for this bag, one casual & one dressier.

I use it as my regular bag as well as my dress up bag.

This bag is just the right size and I love the pattern.

Love the outside pocket that fits my IPhone. The other two outside pockets are great for keys and a notepad. Inside is very roomy and plenty of space to keep all miscellaneous things. One thing is to check both the straps. My first purse had a strap with a broken clasp and I didn't use it til I had the purse for over 6 months.

Holds my over-sized cell phone and sunglasses case, in the compartmentalized front pockets, underneath the magnetic closure flap. Interior has zip and slip pockets for my charger, key fob, chapstick, hand sanitizer, comb, tissues. All the things I want for easy access. There's room for my large Vera Bradley wallet, and medium-size make-up bag, with room to spare. Secured with a handsome zippered opening. TWO sturdy straps make it easy to carry the way I want: I select the solid color short one as a dressier option to hand carry, or I adjust the removable longer strap for a more casual shoulder bag, or keep it long as a hands-free cross-body purse! Never looks bulky or stuffed. Light weight, beautiful quilted fabrication. So many compliments on the 2019 Lilac Meadows pattern! Timeless beauty. Mid-size, mid-price. Lots to love! Thanks!!

Use it for everyday and you can wash it.

There are so few purses in the Vera Bradley line anymore. This one does the total job for me of carrying what I 'd like to everyday, and adding things like my iPad and a snack when I need to do so. VB has beefed up the interior polyester lining-I've had them shred on me and I'm VERY careful with my clothes-and continues to offer the quilted, patterned outside. I prefer the patterns, I like to make my bag an actual part of my outfit! and I love color and fun.

Missing some of the old styles. What happened to them? This is a good replacement for some of them. This is for my mom. I like that there are 2 strap options.

I love the way the purse handles and what you can put in it. The style is great and so is the pattern.

I love the design of this purse due to all the pockets, etc. I can keep things separate and enjoy being able to carry everything I need.

Light enough for crossbody but large enough to carry a hardcover book

I carry the same purse all year so I like one that has lots of pockets. The magnetic pockets are good.

I own this bag and I love it. I have received so many compliments on this bag. I am purchasing one for my sister's birthday. I think the black and white can be used year round and for casual or dressy.

This is my favorite bag ever from Vera Bradley. I prefer a crossbody but I have never been able to find exactly what I want that is big enough and opens wide enough. This is it! It also zips across the top. I only buy bags that zip for safety. The outside pockets under flap are the perfect size for my iPhone XR with a Lifeproof case on it. I've never found another purse anywhere I like this much. I hope it's never discontinued!
