Love this backpack, but not in this pattern.

Backpack was stained

What is alarm to start this purchase without receiving it? What's the capital of 28 call customer service advice and that they were not able to find my order? Was able to provide proof of purchase? Yet i still have to hear that there is not a order when i provides proof, It's a beautiful backpack which I could just have Received it to be able to use it, thank you.!

I will be returning this ASAP because it DOES NOT fit a 15" laptop as advertised. I am so disappointed that I have to return this because I measured my laptop and read the measurements in the item description and was sure it would fit! My laptop is 15" (as seen in picture) and the opening is not wide enough or long enough for it. I tried all three zip pockets and none of them are big enough. I guess I will have to find a new brand because the Campus XL is the biggest backpack Vera Bradley makes. What a shame, because the fabric and print are lovely. Beware!

The colors are not like the internet pictures . I have many Vera Bradley products going back 20 years and this is my first return. The colors are very dull.

Fabric material is not user friendly.. .. especially if you have pets. Hair, fabric fibers stick to it like a magnet. I don't recommend.

it collects SO much hair

Front zip broke after a few months of using it for school. Was not worth the cost and should rather have got something cheaper if it only lasted that long. No warranty either.

i absolutely loved this backpack. it was perfect bc i love the color, it's durable, and has so many pockets. however it completely ruined my clothes. all my shorts and pants, no matter the material, pilled so bad on the parts where the backpack sits on my shorts. this has never happened to me with any other backpack. it's disappointing bc i love it but can no longer use it as it's pilled all my bottoms, including some expensive activewear

Do not purchase. I have two bags from Vera Bradley and the handles of the bags are cheaply made. The prints are very nice but the handles do not make the bags worthy to purchase. In less than a month, I noticed the handles were soft. You have been warned lol.

I own several VB products but I was highly Disappointed in this purchased.

This is one UGLY bag. I don't know why I thought it was the regular quilted bags, but it is NOT. And it is a plastic-y, type of very cheap-looking bag. If you're looking for a vera bag, this is NOT it. It is costly, and looks like something so not worth the $$. Avoid.

i love how much space is given and how many compartments are within the bag but i would return the bag just because of the materials it is made of because it looks lint, dust and hair from everything and you can never keep your bag clean.

I'm so disgusted with this purchase. The Fabric picks up so much lint it's embarrassing to carry. I never was a customer of VB before and won't be repurchasing

Fabric is horrible, it attracts fuzz n dust and I tried washing and trying to making it usable but nothing has works! Other then that the inside is about the only good thing about it.

It was a gift and you messed up the initials. Very disappointed. Would like a refund!

I thought it was hunter green and white, not black and white. Would have not embroidered color I did if I had known. Nothing in description for color.

We ordered this black backpack with a monogram that is supposed to be red. I called customer service and submitted requested photos of the color. I was informed that there was not a problem and I was given a $15.00 coupon that expires in 30 days. I have been a long time customer and have duffels, blankets, lanyards, wallets, purses, travel items, umbrellas, etc. We are very disappointed that we were not given another option. I was not asking for our money back and to keep the backpack. We wanted to send the backpack back and get the correct color. My daughter's school colors are Red and Black. She now will be carrying a backpack that is red with orange monogram.

Pics looked like a good size backpack got it for my daughter who is in highschool she'd be lucky if she can fit more then one binder in there

I paid over $80 for this backpack and when I got it, the monogram was off center!

The outside material is awful. And my initial patch looks bad. I wish I can get my money back.
