Excellent

Slightly open at the toes but that's probably me (causing some blisters/callous). High top I believe is the best option for steel toe because of the ankle support - previous ordered reg sneaker, only wore once but they wouldn't take back so I may toss them. I will order something like these again on next free pair

Perfect fit for me. Broke in the first day I wore them. No pain anywhere.

The size and width were perfect. I was looking for a court shoe but this shoe was a boot.

They’re New Balance so the fit is perfect. Not the most comfortable boot but it’s for safety and I don’t do a ton of walking anymore at work. The style and fit is perfect for my job so I’m very happy with them.

Comfort, style, looks, quality and all day wear. I exchanged with the extra wide shoe. Thank you for the free exchange program. I realized that It was my fault for ordering medium wide. What I really needed was extra wide. Sorry for not giving 5 starts on my first review.

Perfect fit. I returned and replaced with the EXTRA WIDE. I used to wear 8" in wide and reordered EXTRA WIDE. Overall, perfect perfect perfect shoes. Nice feel and cozy shoes.

Love this work/safety boot by New Balance. Very comfortable and very light weight with composite toe. I wear them outside of work as well because they are so comfortable and light. I don't know how long they will last and the durability of them, being I just got them and started wearing them. But will do a follow-up in the future, as soon as I have more to say about these awesome boots...so far??!!!

These work shoes feel great. I have owned many pairs of work boots and work shoes. I've had Red Wing, Carhartt, Echo, Keen, and many others. I work long hours on concrete with lots of standing and walking. I have plantar fasciitis and struggle to keep pain at bay. New Balance seems to work best for me at work on a normal day. I have been wearing NB 928V3 for years. I replace them about every six months or so with the same model. This time, they were out of stock on my size of 928V3 shoes. So, I searched Zappos and although I have never used Zappos before and they didn't appear to have my 928V3 either, I found these 989V1 that look like they are more like a work boot than a walker. These are not as comfortable as my 928V3 but they are comfortable. I think they will be more durable. I always use a new pair of PowerStep Pinnacle Maxx Support inserts in all of my shoes too.
