I bought these boots asuming that all New Balance shoes were made in America. I was very disappointed to find out that they are made in China! I had been wearing them for a couple days trying to brake them in and they were not fitting right so I checked the tag to see what size that they had sent. That is when I saw the "Made In China" stamp. Big let down! You can't make these boots in America like you? It is very misleading to say that you are an Ameriacn Made company with Made in China products on your Website.

I like the styles a lot and also the material is a very good material. I like the texture, a cooler and a look on this shoes but it is too narrow for my feet. I selected the widest size they have.

Ordered these awhile back but they were too small, and they're currently unavailable in the next size up.

Purchased 4 pairs to get the right fit. Come to find out the the tongue keeps migrating to outside of shoe know matter how tight or differently tying the laces, to the point my feet hurt. Angry with all the time and money I spent to be having this annoying painful issue.

We bought these boots because we thought that they were made in America. We were mistaken, despite the flag displayed on your website. We were so dissapointed when we saw the "Made in China" tag inside the boots. We do not support companies whose products are made in China. Please support our wonderful country by bringing your jobs back to the USA.

Very light and uncomfortable. My toes rub. Arches ach. Had to send back and get larger size. Runs small by 1.5 size. Very disappointed in this shoe, being a New Balance.

I used these in a clean room setting at work and these boots failed in 4 months, which is unacceptable for the price. They split right behind the toe on the side of the boot and are now unwearable.

Bought them in November. second pair. The same thing happened. they crack and the shoe laces come apart. Good price but poor quality materials.

These shoes are supposed to be water proof, there not. Supposed to be slip resistant and resistant to electricity. They cut off your blood supply. You can feel the shoe strings right on top of your feet. A very uncomfortable shoe.

I had to return the 989 purchase because they did not cut it for me at work (i may have chosen an incorrect size), but i ordered a pair of 857's that after 2 days have seemed to do the trick...... Unfortunately, i was told that the 857's did not qualify for the 30% discount that i received upon purchase of the 989's -- however at the TIME of the 989 purchase, if i put in the 857 & added to cart, it WOULD have been eligible for the discount. This has confused me some, & i wouldn't mind if my email history would show my order numbers & dates & possibly have a refund put back in my account! :D

I have had these for a little over 3 months, working on concrete. After a month, I may as well have been barefoot. Sadly, I'm stuck with this horrible shoe for another 9 months.

the composite toe runs small and rubbed on the side of my big toe, this cannot be changed unless the composite toe is made wider
