New favorite shoe. These things are super lightweight and incredibly comfortable. I bought them right before a trip to NYC, and right out of the box I was walking 5-10 miles a day with no problems. If you've worn Old Skool Vans, you know they're made for skateboarding and have NO forefoot cushioning. UltraRange soles are basically the opposite: super cushioned with almost a bounce feel. I like these so much I bought a pair of the lo-tops. Dig the style, too. Not quite black, more of a dark charcoal and the fabric has a slight brownish hue. They do look more monochromatic in person than in the photos. They're so light, I don't know how they'll hold up over time, but for now I love 'em.

Great shoes! So comfortable, and in my opinion, more stylish than the Sk8-Hi they seem to be modeled off of. Super cushy sole that makes me want to wear these for days on end. And the mesh across the top of the foot is so breathable that no other shoe I’ve worn can compare, save for some flip flops. If you’re on the fence about getting these then get off of it and get them, you won’t be disappointed.

These are actually my second pair. I got them for hiking and outdoor adventures. I have arthritis and my feet feel very cushioned and supported in them. Have gone on long, rocky (6plus) hour hikes on the mountain. And my feet didn't hurt at all after. Vans has really upped their game with these as other styles have hurt my feet almost instantly. I've also tried out the low top version which seem a little more snug. All in all would highly recommend these to athletic folks who don't want to lose their personal style to comfort. These have it all.

Very much like a basketball high top sneaker. It is very lightweight, so how long it will last might be an issue. So far in a few months of wearing them no problems. Only issue for me is the laces. Pretty much have do undo the top hole (pull the laces out) and really loosen the rest up to get your foot in. Perhaps eyelets like a hiking boot wouldn't make this necessary.

Size length as expected, width ok. Walking 4-5 miles per day in comfort, though hoping they stretch out a little for more toe wiggle room. They do make a clopping/flopping sound when walking, which is strange

I was looking for some cool shoes that were also comfortable and suitable for significant walking. The good news us these shoes, like most Vans, get a 5 for style. They have a great look. I got the blue ones, which I like. They also are more comfortable with more support than many Vans. However, they definitely are not shoes made to walk or hike in, as sort of suggested. The quality is quite cheap and does not look like it will withstand long-term use. They are more for style. But for bopping around, they are cool shoes and I am glad I bought them.

I absolutely love these kicks. I strangely bought them to garden in… I will work up to 15 hours a weekend day in my garden/yard, and my feet always hurt like hell at the end of those days. I decided I needed a sneaker that is super light-weight, super cushy, easy to hose off/quick to dry, supportive of my ankles sneaks, and with some sole grip to do the job. And, also stylie. I thought these might be the ones and the high price would be worth it. __ ONE PROBLEM: I did some research on some sneaker forums and dudes said these run a half size big, and to size down half a size. I wear 8–8.5 in women's so I thought I was def safe with a size 6.5 men's (I usually am). I thought they would be a little big… Right out of the box, they felt like they fit perfectly and were the comfiest ever. I wore them immediately. After wearing them about a week they started to feel small. I can't imagine how this happened—sneakers ususally fit even better/stretch out after wearing a bit, but instead they became painful on the outside of my pinky toe and big toes from rubbing. I kept wearing them anyway because I spent so much on them, BUT I really can't anymore. Arf. I'm convinced that a half size up will make all the difference and I rebought them in a size 7.

So far so good. I've had them for going on 2 weeks. They are very light, they breathe very well. With that being said it's really to get your feet wet, But they dry fast. Soles are soft and the insule is just ok. Replace the insole with what works for you. I'm very hard on shoes so we will see how long they last.

They a bit narrow and a full size small. I am usually a 5 to 5.5 in mens and i got a size 6 since people said it runs small. It was still too narrow and too small. A 6.5 might have worked, but I am not sure about the narrowness so I'm not going to try it. They seem very supportive and comfortable otherwise, though.

They look good , they are pretty comfy too! However the sole is not removable , so you can’t put in your own orthopedic inserts !

These shoes look like they might be quality, but don't be deceived. Regardless of your intended use for them the bottom line is they are very cheaply made. In my opinion, as a person who frequently buys shoes in the $50 range, these are worth about that much. If you want to use them for anything besides beating the sidewalk, I'd say they're worthless. I thought I might do some light hiking in them, but could feel my finger poking the bottom of my foot through the sole. Imagine what the smallest rock would feel like... And it's probably my bad for even considering trying to go off-road in these guys. This doesn't change the fact that they feel like they'd fall apart with very little use. The style factor is appealing and I might have kept them if not for my continuing quest to find hiking shoes that don't look so much like hiking shoes, but still actually perform like hiking shoes.

I like the overall appearance of the shoe but it’s not worth $80 The material feels cheap and very lite weight.
