By far the most comfortable pair of Vans I've ever owned. Found these by accident looking for mountain biking shoes. I wouldn't recommend them for mountain biking, but they are tougher and more breathable than your average Vans shoes and can transition easily from the street to the trails. However, I don't think I'd wear them on long hikes involving really rough terrain. They are really light for a high top and after walking around in them all day, my feet were very pleased. I like the added ankle support of high tops, which is why I went with this model, but I would also consider buying the low top version as well. $90 is also a bit steep for Vans in my opinion, but if these go on sale, I would snatch them up asap. The shoes fit true to size, so I would recommend going with your usual size. I'm a size 12 with a wide foot and these fit like a glove.

Really disappointed. I’ve worn them exclusively on the OneWheel, with a mixture of trails but mostly pavement. Haven’t lasted more than 2.5 months and <300 miles before showing extreme wear on top of the toe box. Seems like they’ll tear through any day now. Very comfortable, and great support. But was hoping these would last longer than they have. Hard pass if you’re doing anything other than walking in them.

the ultrarange vans with suede leather uppers are a little wider than a D width. This suits my foot perfectly. the ultrarange styles with a synthetic leather upper fit a bit narrower than a D width.

After purchasing 3 pairs of the UltraRange Rapidweld, I was intrigued to see what the Hi serious was all about. They absolutely deliver in comfort and style. To say this is a hiking boot/shoe would not be accurate, however they certainly will take a beating on any adventure you can throw at them.

These shoes fit pretty much true to size, if you've ever worn Vans before, you know what's going on. While I wouldn't recommend this shoe to actually skate in, I wouldn't frown on it either. Ankle support is nice and stiff, plenty of support and padding. The toe box is not as wide as I prefer, but I like a quarry for a toe box. That said, my feet are weird and these shoes are comfy af.

I love these shoes. I get lots of compliments and am looking for another pair. Very light weight. Quick dry if they get wet. I normally always tie up my shoes tight but these are great to just slip on with loose laces. I haven't seen any poor quality or wear out but they're not my daily drivers. Would recommend and would but again. Nuff said

The fit was good with a bit of extra room. The shoes are comfortable, however, I'm used to well-cushioned athletic shoes and I added an extra heel cushion making it a more cushioned shoe. They are extremely light and no break in is needed. They are fortunately on the larger size of 10 making them ideal for adding cushioning or heavy sox. I'm not sure about hiking with them on a rough trail but I'd recommend them for everyday use or the occasional trek on a gentle path.

Hiked 13 miles through rocks, mud, caves, and waterfalls and these absolutely held through it all. My feet didn’t hurt at all at the end of the day.

Pressed against my feet. Uncomfortable width wise. Loved everything else but had to return thanks to aforementioned reasons.

Great shoe, very stylish and the color is beautiful. The shoe fits true to size and is very comfortable, very lightweight for a high-top sneaker, and it offers excellent traction. This is my first pair of hi-tops and they are a hit.

Bought these after finally blowing out the Sk8 Hi MTE I used for hiking for years. They are great. Good traction, great style, easy to clean. The only problem is they feel a tad short sometimes, but wearing a size 12.5 normally, I bumped down to a 12 because I’d rather have hikers tighter than loose. I’ll probably buy another pair so I have one for casual wear on top of the long distances I’ll put on these.

The size fit perfectly, the tread on the bottom is perfect for icey weather, or just walking around. The comfortability amazed me, great buy overall. Shipping was only 2 days as well. Highly Recommend.

Extremely comfortable, my first pair of Vans. Stylish & casual. Narrower than most other shoes I've owned (Asics, Brooks, Sperry, Nike, Reebok, New Balance). I'd recommend to anyone.

bought them for a long camp hike. Tried them on to wear a few times before the hike and break them in. No break in period. Comfortable on first wear. Springy and pillowy sole compared to regular Vans. Cool look. Not a huge fan of the large loop grabs on the back and tongue but they easily tuck under pant the leg.

I did a ton of research and decided to take a chance on these as my only pair of shoes for a 2-month backpacking trip across Europe. Post-trip verdict: they were a great choice - cool & lightweight for hours spent in airports and on trains, super comfortable for long days of walking, both in the mountains and in the city. Felt stylish enough to hang around a London punk club, but totally decent trail hiking shoe too. I really hope Vans keeps making these, and in more colors. Seriously love these shoes.

I love these fucking shoes!!!! I’ll be getting at least 3 more extra pairs within the next couple months just in case they stop making them.
