The fit and size were excellent! I decided to opt for a lower heel (but not a flat). Otherwise, the shoe was good-looking and comfortable.

I usually order 9M. The 91/2N are perfect.

Awesome! Most comfortable heels ever

This is an excellent comfortable shoe. Wore it right out of the box for several hours. Ordered a 9.5 M which is what I usually wear. Fit perfectly in bare feet. Looking forward to buying in different colors. Looks great with pants and skirts on a middle-aged woman who can't wear heels over 2" any more!

loved this shoe,,, a bit long in the toe so looked a bit grandma type.. and shorter toe would bring it to a younger crowd, but it was a whole size too big for my foot. that may have been because i ordered a wide and it was a TRUE Wide not just a wide they put on some shoes to make you think its wider , it really was ... i normally wear a cheap size 11 wide. this is a great quality shoe and is a real wide-Wide and a big longer than you would think it should be.

I have a difficult time wearing any sort of heel. I needed a pair of shoes for a formal outfit that I could tolerate to walk more than 50 steps in. These are very comfortable and look great with my outfit.

Fit perfectly and are very comfortable. Wore them for eight hours the first time….no problems at all.

I love these shoes! I have wide feet and bunions, so no matter what I wear, my feet always hurt. Not with these shoes! I took them out of the box, wore them to lunch with friends and errands afterwards- my feet were really happy and the shoes felt “ broken in”. The inner sole is padded and really cushy, another nice touch. The style is not ultra high fashion but it’s classic, and can take you from work to dinner.I am very happy with these shoes and highly recommend them.

Great stylish shoe. These do run a bit narrow and tight, but they are comfortable once sizing is correct.

I have ordered and returned SO many low heeled dress shoes. I was really getting discouraged. Why can't I get high quality construction, leather, and arch support in a dress shoe? And not look frumpy? Well NOW I can!! Loving these! A tad pricey, but worth it!

I really wanted some shoes that weren’t mules which I wear for comfort. These shoes look good and feel good. I can wear them with dressier slacks or a skirt. It’s very difficult to find shoes that work for older people’s feet.

Beautiful shoe, but narrow width was still too wide for my very narrow foot. Had to return.

This shoe was a great fit; it covered the difficult parts of my feet; it is well-made. I wish it were more of a u-shape on the top of the foot.

I have multiple foot problems and nerve damage in my leg to my foot that causes instability and heel pain. I have bought these heels in both colors to wear for in-office days and dressier occasions because they are truly the safest option for me. Their lower height wide block heel and thick-feeling rubbery sole are perfect for me. I did have to stretch these a little. I have a C-width foot (especially in one foot that was badly broken), and this black pair I found to be narrower feeling than the nude/beige pair. I have worn these for a nice dinner out so far, and they were as expected. I've accepted that my days of cute, sexy heels are over, and at least these don't look too orthopedic. They serve their purpose well.

Zappos didn't have my exact size in stock. I tried a half size larger, and they were too big. I wouldn't have kept them anyway, as I really didn't like the style. It didn't feel like there was a style.

I normally wear a 7.5 and ordered them in 7.5. Way too small

Nice versatile looking shoe, the edges do roll inward a bit toward the middle. Having just gotten these, I'm wearing them with socks to stretch out that upper hot spot. I am hoping these can be my go to career pump.

The style of this shoe is excellent. I wear an 11D in all shoes, and this seems maybe a little tight across my foot, but the length is fine. I think they just need wearing in and they'll be fine.

I typically wear a 6.5 - 7 W - WW and have been on the hunt for a comfortable pair of low-heeled dress pumps for nearly a year. I ordered the Milano in a 7 W and it was close...but I have Morton's Neuroma's in my toes and I could tell that the toe box was just a wee bit too narrow for me to wear comfortably. I would try the 7 WW but it is currently out of stock. The shoe is comfortable; otherwise; it looks a little orthopedic-shoe-matronly but it's not terrible and I would have kept it had it fit.

Very uncomfortable. If you need arch support or ww shoe, this is not the shoe for you.

SAS Milano black 6.5 WW. there is about 1/2 inch space between my heel and the heel of the shoe. not enough coverage of the ball of the foot for an extra wide width shoe.

I wanted the heel to be a little taller and wider. The fit was true to size but the overall style was not what I liked.
