I'm convinced the models in the photos are wearing entirely different jeans than what I ordered. I don't know why they'd categorize this as slim fit. The only way this would be slim fit is if my legs were actual tree trunks. On the plus side, these are the only jeans I can find that are long enough for me as someone who's 6ft tall, but sadly, I don't want to wear a circus tent.

If you have any muscle on your legs or an athletic build, these are not your jeans. I ordered 3 different sizes and kept going bigger. I'm 150lbs, 5'4 and most of my weight is in my thighs and butt. I'm normally a size 26-28 or 3-5 The butt is way too tight and no room in the thighs. They were so cute but had no chance at working.

I ordered these jeans in the antique wash in a size 3x30 according to the size chart, however when I received them, they were massive on me. After further inspection, I realized that I had been sent a pair of 7x32 jeans that were tagged as a 3x30. After contacting wrangler, I was told that they were sorry but would not send me a replacement pair as I am a Canadian customer - even though it was a mistake on their end, and that I could simply return the jeans with no additional fee, and repurchase them myself (paying both shipping and duties a second time). Very disappointed with the customer service I received and unfortunately I would not recommend purchasing from Wrangler due to the poor customer service, however if the correct product had been sent, the quality seemed quite nice.

Jeans are not true to size, Waist fits tight and legs are baggy. I have returned 1 pair and hoped that the new size would fit and they are still tight in the waist and baggy in the legs.

I wear a size 3 cowboy cut in the old sizing. Per the new size chart online, I ordered a size 1 in black and prewashed indigo. When the jeans arrived, the black pair fit, (actual waist measured 26 inches) however the prewashed indigo had a 24-inch waist!! I couldn't even get them on. When I called customer service they said there was nothing they could do about it, as the clothing is made at various different manufacturers? Other brands manage to have consistent sizing, so I think this is possible. Wrangler, I absolutely love your products, but I BEG YOU to get it together. It's ridiculous to instruct your customers to order based on a new size chart and then deliver one new-sized pair of jeans and one old-sized pair. It's a complete waste of everyone's time and resources.

The sizing of this product has changed and runs big for women. The women's sizing doesn't correlate to the men's sizing as it says it does.

I ordered 2 pairs of the cowboy cut jeans after loving a pair i got 6 months ago and wear almost daily. I ordered both in a 5x30, which I checked would fit with the sizing chart. The pair in Antique Wash came very large and fit incredibly loose. I had a 2 inch gap between my natural waist and the waistline of the pants. The second pair in Prewashed Indigo was so small I couldn't even get them up over my thighs. Very disappointing because I loved these jeans when bought previously. Please fix your sizing.

I've tried so many variations of sizes 3 and 5 in different lengths because the same size in a different length has a different waist. Finding my size should not be this hard. The fabric is excellent, but I wish I had just bought a different pair of Wranglers. Save your money and time and skip.

Saving ladies the trouble of buying these jeans. They are not slim through the hip and thigh. I purchased two pair and was extremely disappointed. They were super baggy in the thigh, crotch area and tight in the waist. I have bigger sized thighs and butt for my frame, so it shouldn't have been an issue. I would size down one at least from your true size. Not to mention, they don't fit the discription, but the amount of effort it takes to ship these back is ridiculous. I had to talk to two different customer service reps, the first completely unhelpful. Made me go back online and figure everything out, after a two hour call back. The second rep was very helpful and immediately emailed me a shipping label the next day. I probably will never order from Wrangler again due to customer service and how hard it is to send back a pair of jeans.

These are the oddest fitting jeans I've ever worn. They have a bizarre short waist and HUGE baggy legs. The fit of the waist is really awful and I don't even know how to explain it. It's very tight and strangely loose at the same time, they have a bizarre round cut and it makes you look MUCH larger than you are. Like they were made to make you look like you have a pooch. They are NOT high waisted at all. The quality of the material is great though, but the fit is awful. Do NOT recommend. Very expensive mistake.

At first I got a size 5 recieved them and they basically fell off of me. I finally was able to size down a size and now they don't even button. They are still kind of loose on my thighs and around my hips but I can't even button them now! The photos they have displayed on the jeans makes it seem they should be fitting more tight around the thighs and hips. It's frustrating and the time it takes for a return or exchange is beyond me. More than likely going to private sell them and forget about ever owning wranglers.

I had a older pair of wranglers that I loved, 100% cotton, and fit well. I had to order three different pairs of jeans just to refigure out my size. The fit is completely different from my old pair. The new material is scratchy, uncomfortable and looks cheap. I wish wrangler would go back to their old quality.

I'm usually a size three and I even brought the measuring tape out to confirm and they wouldn't even get over my thighs. I was really bummed out. Don't know if I'm gonna try another size.

Jeans sent with ripped off tags and the wrangler badge hanging off pants. Sizing was way off than what the company site recommended to me.

I've been unhappy with Levis lately, so I decided to give Wranglers a try. I remember really enjoying a pair I had years ago, and heard Wranglers had thicker denim. Now, I'm on the larger side, usually right at the top of regular sizing, but I measured myself and looked at the size chart and I fell within the measurement, so I gave them a go. Cut to a bit later, the jeans arrive, and they are pin straight, almost like men's jeans. I'm instantly suspicious, but I try them on anyway. They don't fit, so I return them. It's a shame I loved the wash, but I just wish the descriptions were clearer or there was a lay flat picture of the jeans without anyone in them on the website, since the description made it difficult to tell just how the jean were cut. Bottom line: Give these a miss if you are hourglass or pear shaped.

I am typically a size 6 so according to the size chart I would be a size 5 in these jeans. I decided to size up to a 7 based on recent reviews and they STILL didn't fit. I couldn't even button them.I'm 5'10 and have a fairly athletic and slender body. They were also super tight in the thighs. I'm not curvy at all either. I will go up another size and see because the jean's definitely are cute if they fit lol. Just frustrating and a game of patience since it's an online order and exchange

I have bought this style for many years. The manufacturer is changed. Fabric is listed on the web site as 100% cotton. Pants are labeled 98% cotton, 2% spandex. Fabric is lower quality. Color is not as deep as prior manufacturer's. Fit seems somewhat changed. I hate spandex.

I was wearing Levi's but their quality has gone down significantly and tears easily at the seams. I wanted to switch to Wrangler's for possible better quality work jeans. I'm a welder and need tough denim. I'm 5'10 and 120lbs. I'm lean and long legged. I ordered a size 3 as I typically go for a size 4 in work jeans for some wiggle room. These were so tight through my hips and butt I couldn't pull them up all the way. I don't think of myself as particularly curvy. I'm sending back and ordering a size 5. Fingers crossed that they fit. Although I am confused that everyone else's reviews say they were too large on them with the new sizing.

I bought a pair of these 1 year ago, before they recently reworked the sizing, in a size 7 and they fit perfectly and are great for ranch work. I'm 5'6", 130 lbs, and like my jeans to have a little room for squatting and not be skin tight. The size 7, 34 in. inseam worked great for me. I was looking to get a new pair in a darker wash and saw that Wrangler has reworked the sizing so that it now matches their other modern pairs of jeans they sell. No big deal right? I followed the recommendations they have now under the cowboy cut's ("Only thing that's changed about these jeans is the size tag" "Order two sizes down from what you're used to ordering in this cut -OR- just buy your normal jean size now") and ordered a size 3. Tried it on when I got home and it was too loose. They fit okay, but I knew if I had worn them throughout the day, they would stretch and begin to bag with all the movement I do for work. So I returned the 3's and ordered a size 1, which was unbelievably tight in the belly. I ended up returning those as well. Wrangler really screwed up a good thing that they had going with these jeans. I know they said that the only change to these has been to the size tags, but I don't believe it.

I bought my first pair of Wrangler cowboy cuts back in 2021 and have absolutely loved them for the past two years! This fall I figured out that I had outgrown them and decided to order the next size up. Boy would it have been nice to know that Wrangler not only changed the sizing, but also the material. These jeans are no longer 100% cotton! And they are no longer cut to hug your curves, I feel like I am wearing men's jeans. I am trying to exchange them for a few sizes down but I am so clueless about what my real size is now. Wrangler, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I've been a working/riding ranchwife for almost 50 years, and loved my favorite Wrangler Cowgirl Cut 100% denim jeans in a size 7 (5' 6.5", 130#). I wore size 7 for 35 of those years until they were discontinued. I had to switch to the red tag version I've worn until now. (I had to upsize to size 9 because my waist expanded.) Those size 9 jeans measure 31" in the waist. After reading all the warnings to downsize with these 14MWZG, I read Wrangler's confusing statement to use the size chart and order your correct size. So I ignored the reviews and ordered size 9. They were HUGE. I returned them and replaced them with size 7 which were just as big if not bigger than the size 9s. So I made my SECOND return--the size 7s. The THIRD try I ordered a size 5 and a size 3. I've never worn either one of those tiny sizes in my entire adult life. The 3 fits like my old size 7 so I'm returning, but the good news is, the size 5 fits like my old size 9s. I was going to replace the size 3 I'm returning with another size 5, but now when I come to the product page there is a notice that Wrangler has "fixed" the sizing issue. Now I'm really confused: Do I order the correct size 9--or the ones that actually fit--size 5??? I do not want to play this return game anymore. For that reason I will stick with what I've got and save them for riding jobs hoping they last until some normalcy resumes in sizing of the 14MWZG. I love Wranglers and assume there must've been a big manufacturing blunder--but why Wrangler continued to push that stock baffles me. But maybe they ran out of the mis-sized stock and truly DID fix it in which case I would need to replace the size 3s with a size 9. This confusion is why I cannot recommend. To give Wrangler credit, they've been very good about returns, replacement pricing, and shipping.

The jeans are not true to size and do not look good unless your very tall and slender. Bags in the crotch and are not flattering

Construction and material quality is great However sizing is major problem. I ordered my usual 7 x 34. They are more like size 11! The other pair I ordered- antique wash 7 x 34 are just fine.

A year ago I ordered true to my size and they arrived way too small. Ordered up and they fit. They were great quality then when I ordered this time same size as the pair I've been wearing the last year they were huge. Used the size chart and ordered to my measurements and can't even get them zipped. Quality is not as good as it used to be. Disappointing and frustrating!

Fit in the waist size 9 but the thigh and legs were very loose and wide. I was expecting a very fitted style with them being slimmed leg
