The quality is great but runs large. When I returned as an exchange for a smaller size a refund was issued instead of an exchange. This meant I would be charged regular price instead of of the sale price.

I have owned many pairs of cowboy cut wranglers for the past four years I've always came back to the bleach washed ones they always fit me perfect I've been the same weight since high school and build and the ones I just ordered I ordered even two sizes down cause I seen the reviews and they are so baggy on me. I have always been a 3, I ordered a 3 and a 1 I should have ordered a 00 at this point don't order the size you used to order and this materiel is not the same or color

I purchased the black, you definitely have to size up! What I'm really disappointed about is how thick the seam is in the crotch area. It feels like a ball between your legs when you have them on. Probably won't be wearing them because if this. Incredibly uncomfortable.

I bought these jeans about eight months ago and they fit great. I ordered another pair and the sizing is absolutely off. There is a one letter difference in the product code between the two jeans and it relates to color. I don't understand how a 9X36 can change so drastically. I will still buy these jeans again, but have to always question what size to buy which is a huge pain given I know how they fit.

Can't wear them, too high waisted. and bought on sale so no return or exchange. I'm average height and weight. Used to wear cowboy cut regularly. Design had changed.

The 7s used to be size 26 inch waist and slim legs. I got the 9s for a slightly looser fit and they are HUUUUUGE I'm swimming in them. The legs are like balloons. I'm not sure what happened to these jeans but they're not like they used to be. Size down forsure.

I'm 130lbs, and 5'10. I got the size 3 and 36 length. It fits around my waist but the crotch it's soooo baggy and it's not flattering at all. I tried the size down too, size 1. And it was way too tight around the waist. It's just not very good sizing and fits.

Right size, very loose at the legs. Looked really stupid on me, like I was wearing baggy pants. Disappointed that the fit couldn't be dealt with.

This was my first time purchasing from Wrangler, and I knew that Wrangler had good quality jeans from my time in Montana (popular out there). The jeans feel nice and tough. The waist was nice not too tight nor too loose, perfect for a belt. It is when you get to the hip to thigh area that the jeans start losing their shape. They were very baggy around the thighs, and it was especially noticeable from the back. When walking, it appears very unflattering and your body looses all shape within them. The sizing is off because when reading the description, it makes it seem that the jeans did not get the memo of how they should be fitting. It was not slim fit or slim thigh, and I very much wanted to enjoy the jeans and try to ignore the bagginess, but sadly in the end I can't.

Bought the same size in black and they are super baggy on me. are they supposed to fit different based on color? I'm super sad going on a trip and I really needed a second pair.

I have the exact same jeans in the dark wash color, and i recently purchased the light wash in the exact same size and length. They are huge and baggy.

2 years ago I ordered the cowboy cut Jean in a 1x32. I've gotten slightly taller so I ordered the same jean just longer, 1x36. The new pair is huge! I wish sizing was consistent. I love the jeans but wish every pair was true to size.

I have worn Wranglers for years and never had an issue with sizing. That has changed and now they huge on me. Not very happy.

I cannot imagine a female designed LOW RISE work jeans. This is a huge flaw, especially for women past 25 yrs old!! We like to have ALL our pants!

I believe I would like these jeans if I could find a size that fits. I have purchased wranglers many times. These do not fit like the rest. I bought a pair of black ones. They were too small. So I sized up. The new ones fit better. But still a little small after washing. They shrunk a lot!! The weird thing is I bought the same pair in the lighter color. It fit even tighter. Like so tight I can't wear. I've washed both so I can't return. I would definitely buy these in the store only. Make sure you can try on.

well I was hoping since they said slim fit that they were going to be slim fit in the thighs and back end but they are pretty baggy everywhere except the waist and it fits good.

Wrangler can't seem to get their sizing down; ordered slightly up from my usual and even that was too small, only for every other size to go out of stock.

I was so excited for this jeans but they didn't fit. I'm usually between a 7-9 in size, I'm 5'7" and weight 154lbs. I read that there was no stretch to this jeans but the recommended size was to go with my actual size. So I decided to get a 9, but the fit was so tight, it wouldn't zip or button up, the two sides didn't even meet (meaning the side with the button & the side with the button hole). Anyways I think I would need to order at least two sizes up in this style of jeans. The crazy thing is that I order two other different style jeans, one fit way too big (size 10) and the other size 8 fits right not too tight and not too loose. So in my mind I was like okay maybe I'm an 8 in the wrangler universe but after trying on the 9 I figured all their jeans are made with different sizing styles plus I noticed they are all made in different countries so that could be one of the reasons. I just wished they had a more true and universal sizing system. I returned the two jeans that didn't fit on Feb. 8th and still haven't gotten my refund..so no I probably wouldn't recommend to a friend.

I wore wranglers back in high school (got 'em at Boot Barn) so I knew what the fit is like and that the denim is a little stiff at the start, however the 3 was a little too tight and sent them back in to exchange for a 5. I filled out the exchange form and sent them in and waited for a confirmation email or something of that nature for several weeks. When I sent an email inquiring about the status of my exchange, I got a cut and pasted version of the same unclear exchange policy. Anyways, these jeans are cool, save yourself some time and just go to Boot Barn and try them on rather than deal with the unclear exchange process and sub par customer service.
