I bought 4 pairs boots and 2 arrived grossly defective!!! I'm shocked that Sperry would approve these boots to sell! How did QC RELEASE THESE BOOTS w/inspection? impossible to wear, no way to flatten this defect they're sewn in the wrong place and the bulge is hurtful to your feet! So annoying at this time to deal with this on top of pandemic and snow storms and just everyday life!

I bought these a month ago and have wore them constantly. Even with thick heavy duty sock my feet are freezing in them. Very disappointed as I paid extra to get the warmer pair.

I thought with the amount of reviews they had that the website would be updated that the laces aren't the same color but they haven't updated it. Laces are bright gold which I'm really disappointed about.

I bought these less than a month ago and have worn them very few times. The outside of the boot has started to peel and makes the boot look terrible. I am very dissatisfied with their appearance.

Once they are as pictured, please update and I will buy!!!

Boots are great, but after one wear the shiny finish was peeling off. They are comfortable and warm, but look awful now. Very disappointing!

Bought them last year for rainy days when it is not too cold but lately whenever I wear them my socks get all wet and when I remove the insole it has wet patches. I have not been able to figure out if the rubber is cracked or the outsole but the water is getting in from the bottom. It is not that I wear these while is pouring, in fact the upper part stays dry it is only the bottom of my feet that get all wet. Totally disappointing since I can't fix these boots and I am being push to use them as casual boots since the whole purpose of them being water proof is not that anymore. Also, the upper rubber is peeling off but I wont fuss about as much as I am fussing at the water getting inside.

The opening wasn't very wide to slip in my foot & had to return.

I bought this pair of boots thinking that they were silver laces & ivory like the photos seem to show them (sure there could be some slight lighting effect differences) but, oh. no! they are way different that pictured. the laces are brownish & Gold which is very disappointing!!! so, this swayed my ratings majorly.

I have had three pair of these boots and I always purchase size 61/2 and have been able to put an innersole in them and slip my foot in without unzipping. The ones I recently ordered I can barely put my foot in when unzipped. I notice that these are made in Vietnam while my others were made in China. I had to return. What's the story with these now?

I've had my sperry's for awhile now but up until recently my toes are getting damp! I was out in slushy snow and when I came in my socks were damp and toes freezing! Very disappointed that they didn't last. Somehow there's water seeping in around the front of both boots. Unfortunately I'm afraid to try another pair again :(

This is my first pair of Sperry boots, very disappointed. My feet may be dry but they are freezing, not warm at all, even with wool socks!

Sooo disappointed! If you live on the beach or work/play in Salt water these are not an option for you as they will fall apart IMMEDIATELY. I had to throw mine away after 2 months of use. They were expensive and I'd rather have my money back...

Why am I still not seeing any reviews on the pain of pulling these shoes on? I bought a size 9 Wide, typical size is 8.5-9 and they are so difficult to pull on! I am normally an 8.5 or 9 and they are a bit big, I should have sized down to a 8.5 wide or just an 8.5. The wide is SO wide that my feet slide around in the shoe even with thicker socks. I can barely get thick socks on with them though. On the bright side, I don't anticipate the soles wearing out because I am probably going to break the leather laces before the soles are worn out. This is very disappointing, what am I doing wrong?

I bought these to have something kinda light for work and comfy that won't burn me up. We got hit w a ton of snow so stating they're waterproof I was excited to wear these today. I love the look BUT my feet have been cold all day. I get home and my socks are soaked. So much for them being waterproof. Sadly I won't need these during summer so they've been a waste for me when this was a splurge.

Terrible stratches and discolored on one boots very disappointed

I have several pairs of Sperry Saltwater Duck Boots that I purchased in person and I absolutely love and the quality is amazing. I decided to add the brown ones with the leather, but after receiving 2 pairs that appeared to have been used/worn, I'll never order another pair online. I sent the first pair back to be exchanged but I should have followed my instinct and gotten a refund. If you're considering purchasing a pair with leather from online, DON'T. My advice is to purchase them in person in order to inspect them. I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service with not one, but two pairs of boots.

I checked my boots when I first received it. There were some spots on the rubber shell part that appeared to be fading in color. Those spots looked like peeled off. But it wasn't a huge problem and can't really tell if i don't take a close look at it. So I kept my boots. I wore it to school for the first time and the front part of my feet was WET!!!!!! It was only light drizzle in NYC that day. I wore it out again on another day of light rain, and this time round half of my feet were wet and COLD. I checked the boots and couldn't spot any cracks or holes. But i do not understand why this pair of boots can't keep my feet dry when it supposed to. Not an expected quality for such a price I paid for. It is stylish. But it does't do what it supposed to do. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a pair of boots that keep your feet dry.

I ordered these boots and received them 1-14-2020 and couldn't wait to put them on to find that I could get them on my foot. I struggled to get it on and it was too tight couldn't get my foot in them. Not worth struggling to get them on. If the zipper would go down farther that might help. They are so stylish as I seen on people. Was going to wear them when it rains.

I ordered two pairs for my mother in law and my wife, both pairs showed up in a big box together, one of them showed up smashed as if someone put them in there by crushing them to make them fit in the box, also the one with the box crushed looked worn and scuffed, I figured if I ordered directly here it would be a better situation but it is not!!! This is not okay, probably will never shop here again!!!

This boot starting tearing at the seam in the front in less than a year. Not worth the money for a boot that doesn't last

I bought these boots for keeping my feet dry during spring storms. Unfortunately their first true test. A half a mile walk in a thunderstorm and they failed miserably...there is water pouring out of these useless boots. My feet are the wetest part of me...and there isnt even a gap between my leg and the top of the boot. This is truly unfortunate and I cannot believe I spent this much money on these shoes.
