Fits great, however I received faded boots. Completely disappointed. Everyone assumed my new boots were old and worn.

Size doesn't fit and there's no return icon for me to return these.

A few reasons why I wouldn't recommend this to anyone else: 1) The black color will stain your legs and feet. I've worn them for about 2 months and still dealing with that. 2) The fur that sticks out at the top is noticeable and looks good on one boot. The other boot doesn't have much fur sticking out from the top, so they don't look like they match the other boot. 3) As others have stated, the black color fades. I haven't worn them in rain or snowy conditions. Actually, they've mostly been worn indoors at work and home, so I don't understand why they're fading. I own the shorter Bailey Bow in another color, and I am satisfied with them and haven't had the same issues with them, but I regret purchasing the tall Bailey Bow in black.

The boots are comfy. They were a gift from mu husband. Was disappointed when i saw my black boots faded and did not look so new

Purchased the black high top uggs for my daughter's Christmas present and I was disappointed with the quality and color. The black was more grey in color and the boots did not keep its form. I wish i would've returned for a refund

I would’ve given it less than one star if there’s negative stars available, I bought this pair Bailey with 3 bows, I was so excited to have warm and beautiful shoes as I live in Montana where it reaches sometimes 0° and under, so it came with one shoe big and one small, but yet it has the same size on it, I returned it and thought no problem, I will get the right one, the second one arrives and as soon as I walked on the snow the front completely faded within the first wear and my feet turn black and even though I wasn’t walking in a heavy snow the inside got wet, and the inside front of the shoes has no fur inside and the rest of the fur is so ugly and not authentic like my previous boots that I got from the Ugg store before, so At this point I want my money back to get them from somewhere else, but they wouldn’t give me my money back because the card I used didn’t exist anymore and tried to explain that to the manger, but I got nowhere, so I got a third replacement same shoes, because that’s what I want, and this time around, as soon as I walked on a wet grass the boots were soaked with water inside my feet from the toes area again and when I got home I took them off and my feet was so black and lost the color in the front like I wore them for years, and I tried everything to get all the black out, now it’s 2 weeks after the facts and my feet has black in different areas, now I decided to return those and not get this again, at this point I was sure they’re fake, because this is not my experience in the past ever, It is my first time to shop in at Zappos, it’s someone selling them cheap fake to the store and selling them to the public for more, a lot more money it’s $240 and because they won’t give me my money back!!!!! I ended up ordering different kind, hoping that it will do the trick, but I will never ever shop at this store again, stay tune, because today I receive a replacement and I will let the public know if it’s tampered with like the other one??

This boot fits like it was made wrong

They are not made well and feel cheap. Not at all what I expected from UGG. I tried to return or exchange and sent receipt it was within the 1 year period and to my dismay they did nothing.

I wish the color would last longer especially for this price!

Read all the reviews & even the Ugg website said to order down a size on the Bailey Bow Tall II. Just received my order . . . so excited! Immediately tried them on and are definitely a size too small! Order your true size & you should be fine.

Correction to my last review . . . ORDER YOUR TRUE SIZE. Website says to order down, not up as I stated in my review. Normally wear a size 8, ordered size 7 as was recommended. Size 7 was too small . . . they are going back!

I sent the product back for another pair and they just sent me my money back... i called customer service and he assured me that the uggs would be sent out again.

Uggs cause a little girl to attempt suicie because they canceled her order because of a system glitch. The kid was too excited only to be disappointed to hear that she won't get them because her disabled mom could not afford them at regular price. This kid told all her friends and now she is the laughing stock of her 5th grade class,
