Highly disappointed looked like they were worn.

The boots are comfortable but the color I purchased which was black were definitely looking pretty faded and I'm not happy with this faded black color at all! I've purchased many UGg boots in the past definitely and definitely had purchased black in the past and never faded for years! So I'm wondering what happened to these?? I don't recommend buy the black Bailey 3 bow UGG!

I purchased these in black. They are comfortable, but I hate the black stains left behind on my legs and feet. I showered before wearing and avoided any lotion but still had stains. I've worn them about 10 times and stains on feet and legs continue even when wearing tights. I wasn't expecting this and feel it shouldn't be happening considering the priceseems like the traits of a cheaper shoe.Another drawback is the black picks up lint, dust, pet hair, and every little spec of dirt. I feel the black is a very high maintenance boot and plan to avoid future purchases with black interior.

Beautiful boots but because they are high they tend to slouch and wrinkle up.

I waited so long for the boots to come in and they looked as if grass were on then and had creases as if they had been worn.. I normally purchase ugg in store, i think this will be my first and last experience online:(

I've been wanting this style the last 2 Christmas' !!! Love the bows , I was ( key word ) so excited to get these . But ...... disappointed in quality , I actually thought at first thought I received knock offs . I've been wearing uggs for about 10 years and these are definitely not the UGG high quality boots I've had in the past . Not as comfortable for starters and the fur inside not as thick or soft . Really disappointed . They came in a box that says Deckers which I guess is now the manufacturer from what I read online . Quality was definitely lost in this transition . I'm usually so excited to her a fresh pair of Ugg's in the holiday season , this year not so much ....

My husband bought these for me for X-mas. I was absolutely estatic to wear them and show them off. First off, he bought them from Journeys and they were the last pair on the shelf. When I tried them on the left foot was tight and the right side was already broken in! Then, I tried them on with boot cut pants.. yeah... not a good combination! I took them back

I bought these and wore them once! Within one hour the boot began to sag around the ankle. I returned them immediately no problem but I was disappointed... oh well.

I love uggs however The Bailey bows are very hard to put on. Last year i purchased the Bailey Buttons (tall) & I had zero complaints, they were amazing!!

I need to have a larger size feels warm but unable to use it with my orthotics. It does look cute. Need to return

Yes they are Beautiful boots. I did not buy them nor would I ever but any Ugg boots. The CRUELTY in making these boots are disgusting. No boots are worth the pain and suffering these precious animals go though. WATCH THE VIDEO HOPEFULLY YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR MINDS.

Not sure if this is normal; my right foot is slightly larger than my left. I've already worn them so can't return.

There cute for on thing but I decided mine by mail. They were defective the fur on the left was so frazzled it looked like a bunny tail had to return

It smells very bad I even tried to clean it every time I wear there's this bad smell. Please if I have chance to exchange this boot

Very thin flimsy may boot. The sole is very uncomfortable. The shoebox is very boxy compared to my other UGG boots.

The material of outer boot is NOT AND NOWHERE near the quality of the first two pair I've purchased. The wet of snow clearly remains and the entire boot has turned many shades of non black. Utterly disappointed !

These boots appeared to have been worn for an extended period, exhibiting signs of wear and tear. The suede had become discolored and matted, indicating a lack of adequate quality control measures by Ugg. The company's product quality needs significant improvement.

The quality is good but I need a smaller size I need a 10 or 10 1/2

I would have never paid this much money for synthetic recycled cotton. This material is itchy. This looks like a knock off. And I definitely want my money back

I have always bought and loved the "Bailey Button Triplet II Boot " because they have elastic loops around the buttons and so they are adjustable. On the bows boots that are three bows high, they are much too tight on me and the bows are not adjustable. You cannot untie them and retie them for a comfortable fit. Very disappointing because I was hoping to have another boot choice. BAD DESIGN!
