I haven't won them yet,they fit true to size. I was i didn't know you have to buy the cleaner separately. But the very cozy and comfortable I can't wait to get my feet in them.

I am super stoked about my purchase! I recently had back surgery, so it's challenging to find shoes/boots that are both comfortable and stylish....Until I bought these! They are so unbelievably comfortable, I feel like I'm walking on clouds, and are super adorable and easy to pair with myriad of outfits for the upcoming colder months. It's an added plus that they are true to size, they even fit very well with thick fluffy socks, and shipping was super fast-I received them the same week I order them. I feel you always need to size up with Ugg. I'm usually a 9 and I bought a 10. Otherwise I love these boots. They are comfortable and keep my feet warm. I have the ugg cleaning/ care kit and haven't had any issues keeping them clean or weather proofed.

I absolutely love these boots. I do however wish they came in grey too. I did have the Bailey Bow with 2 bows in grey and I loved them also. Ugg products are always wonderful. I would suggest any Ugg product to anyone. Definitely worth the money. They are beautiful, comfortable, cute, durable and warm. I am a 7 1/2 but got them in a 7 and they fit perfectly. Get them you won't regret it. They go with just about anything
