Love these simple but elegant shoes. I normally wear a W, so I bought a half to full size larger. Didn't expect it to work, but these shoes are the most comfortable shoes ive ever owned. I like that they're so nice and roomy in the toe area. I can walk on these all day long. I live in the city, and the sidewalks always reek havoc on my shoes and ankles...but not these guys. Love, love, love 'm.

Comfortable shoe. Very pretty. Only issue is the left shoe has an indent so I returned for the second time. Ordered direct from spring step and the same issue. Must be a manufacturing defect.

Beautiful shoes but they run too big.

These shoes are beautiful. I really liked the faux buckle that really closes with velcro. My heal was too loose even with the strap across the front. These were shown to me under my selected color of grey, but these have a very brown back, brown with white strap, and a more taupe like front. Really Pretty.

I really like these shoes - except the leather on the scalloped edges was very stiff and I have very tender feet. They would have quickly worn s blister on the top of my feet. The fit was true to size.

Disappointed to see the strap is a Velcro closure and not an actual buckle. It says nothing of that in the description, and the shoe makes a scratchy Velcro sound as I walk. So cheap, not sure why a good shoe company wouldn’t just make it a real buckle closure? Super comfy and cute, but I’m going to return due to dumb Velcro closure and sound.

I loved these shoes! Very comfortable to wear at work and be on my feet all day long. I received a lot of compliments on the styling and unique details. However, the buckle is artificial and it's just velcro on the strap. This started to wear down and wasn't holding on as tightly after a few months of wear. Or maybe I just put too many miles on them :) I would have liked there to be a real buckle that would have lasted longer. Oh well!

Lovely shoe, but runs large. From other reviews I went up half size and was swimming. I have moderately wide feet and felt like my foot was spilling out of the open sides. Another reviewer commented on the smell. I agree - funky smell that I assume would disappear.

Cute shoe and pretty comfortable Plenty of room in the roe box. Total keeper if it weren't for the blotchy fabric on the back. It's solid and smooth on the front of the shoes, but the back just looks like they need a good polish.

Shoe looks beautiful, but leather around toes is a bit stiff. Also ankle strap felt a bit too narrow to provide support.

Said said 5.5 to 6. Felt more like a 6.5. Probably should have ordered the 5 to 5.5 for a more comfortable fit.

The shoes are beautiful and comfortable but the turquoise color I ordered has a strange black stain on the toe. It looks like grease and doesn't seem right. When I looked more carefully at the photo on Zappos though this is part of the design. I didn't notice it before ordering. It makes the shoes less pretty. Just be aware.

The color was more of a saddle brown than a grey. Sent them back, didn’t need brown shoes. I love this brand for style and comfort but several times I have noticed the color is off.

The leather has a funny smell. They look beautiful in the picture but in person, they were very clunky-looking. I also did not like the staining of colors in the leather.

When I opened the shoe box I was overwhelmed the a strong chemical order. The shoes were stiff. Yuk! Most definitely not worth any price especially not the price they ask.
