I ordered this for vacation, but had to send them back. Got 2 sizes as described in previous reviews and although they are a tad narrow, they were fine for my foot. They were cute for sure, but NOT comfy at all. There was nothing around the toe part that goes in the middle (btwn big toe and 2nd toe), just an extension of the patent leather on the top and that was the deal breaker, as it felt very uncomfortable. There was no arch support either and not a whole lot of bend. I was disappointed since this was my first pair of Sam Edelman's.

This was a fun shoe, loved the citrine color. However, they are not meant for a wide foot! I usually wear a 10-11 depending on width, so I got the 11. It was way too narrow and my big toe was over the front of it! Also, the strap that goes around your ankle is patent looking, while the strap between your toes looked worn and wasn't coated with a covering.

I opened the box and then immediately closed it to mail it back. The pleather material looks very cheap. I think what really through me off was the color of the sole...the crocodile pattern with the gold lettering just looks hideous. I just wanted some simple brown sandals for work I don't think these are worth the cost.

These shoes are very cute! I love them! They are just a bit too narrow. I am a true 8M. I have to return these.

I have at least 4 pairs of Sam Edelman Gigi Sandals in various colors. However, I am disappointed in this sandal, thong is just a very thin strip of felt, feel and looks like material is missing.

This is a very cute shoe, but it is extremely uncomfortable. I have many sandals with the thong design, but this one was painful in between my toes. I tried a 1/2 size bigger, but that did not help. I really wanted this shoe to work, but comfort trumped style in this case.

I am so sad, I wanted to love these. They are cute and the footbed is extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the thong part is so wide at the toe insert. Perhaps mine were just defective - but there is just no way to wear these without pain.

This beautiful, comfy and sleek shoe looks great on. Unfortunately, only the most narrow (and I mean narrow) of feet can wear this. I have a typical and what I thought was average to narrow foot but even ordering up a size didn't cut it for me. The toes spilled out the sides. I had to return.

I am returning them. Poor quality control. The strap around the ankle is 1 full inch shorter on the right sandal than the left, making it way too tight to wear. Too bad, the sandal is cute and is lightly padded.

This shoe hurt in between my toes and I had to send it back. The thong part is pretty wide and not turned sideways, so the width of it is substantial. Also, the sole felt stiff, as if it did not bend with my foot. Seemed to have a nice amount of padding though.

Great looking sandal, but the part of the thong that goes between your toes was way too wide for me. I found it uncomfortable and had to return mine.

The footbed is so narrow, my pinky toe was hanging off the side, and I am closer to a narrower than a medium.

I have several pairs of this sandal. But this particular one, unlike my others, is very uncomfortable.

Really tried to make these work. Looking for a pair of stylish sandals to take on a European trip with lots of walking on uneven surfaces. The Gigi came highly recommended on a prominent travel blog. I normally wear a 6M. But my foot hung over the side. So i tried both the 6.5 and 7 with no luck. My feet are not considered wide but this footbed is just narrow for an M. My foot just couldn't find the right spot. I think it could be a design flaw -- the toe-hold wasn't in the right place. So I chose the Michael Kors Jayden sandal instead and it was great.

These shoes are adorable but tiny. Even ordered one size up based upon the other reviews, but they were still too small! Unfortunately I had to return these.

These are the worst sandals that I have ever owned. The soles are so flimsy, so they flop around when you wear them and about as thin as they get. I really dislike them.

Loved these everything I wanted. But way too narrow. Only for the tiny foot. No good for a medium foot. Bummer!

The shoe is cute, but it is incredibly narrow. I even bought a half size up based on other reviews, but it doesn't change how narrow the shoe is. For me, they're not wearable. I sent them back.

I love Sam Edelman shoes, but unfortunately, I had to return these. The leather that goes between your toes is terribly uncomfortable. I could barely walk around my living room. There's no way I'd be able to survive these for an afternoon or evening. Cute, but just not practical.

I was very disappointed in these sandals! They look cheap and do not wear well, and that white writing on the soles is just gaudy! Will not purchase another of this brand!

Love the style hate the thong strap. The strap is so wide between the toes that by the end of the day I couldn't get these off fast enough!

Very cute and stylish however the thong strap is way too thick. It rubbed my toes raw and by the end of the day I was almost in tears.

This is an elegant style made out of cheap and nasty plastic! I agree with other reviewers that this shoe runs very small in length. I ordered both an 8, my usual size, and an 8½. The 8½ fit me correctly. They are also also slim in width, but that was fine with me since my feet are narrow. I am sending them back, though, because they are cheap looking and feeling, and very uncomfortable. The toe piece is too wide in the wrong place.

These shoes are super cute but they are the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned. The first time I wore them I got huge blisters on the bottom of my feet. I must be the only one because these shoes have a great comfort rating! I have other Sam Edelman shoes in this same size so I'm not sure what the problem is.
