I love the Hunter Original Gloss boots. I'm 5'3" and these boots were a little too tall for me. These hit just below my knee and are comfy to walk in. I went with my normal shoe size of 7M. With the liner, they are a good fit. Zappos has many cute liners to choose from. I purchased a medium liner and they are fine, too. I'm looking forward to snow days with the kids!

I bought these after my feet getting soaked in a few too many monsoon like days in Houston. I love them! They fit perfectly and I love the slim calf. I have very slim legs so all other rain boots gap 2-3 inches out from my leg. I bought these in bright orange and they are very cheery on gloomy, rainy days! If you're looking for rain (or light snow) boots, these are the ones to buy. They look so cute with jeans and leggings. They keep your feet dry and warm.

I love my Hunter Original Gloss boots in Violet! We just had our first snowstorm and I wore them out yesterday for the first time. Very comfortable and the color is so uplifting. Received many compliments throughout the day. I did have to return for a larger size. I wear a 7.5 and found the size 7 too snug. The 8 is fine although the wellie socks in size M made them too tight so the socks are going back. Was able to fit the pants leg of my jeans in these boots just fine. So I guess if you wear a half size, go up rather than down.

I love these boots, am obsessed with them actually! I can't wait to wear them in the snow, which is why I bought them. I hated ruining my designer snow boots in the wet slushy, sometimes dirty snow. This way I can look super cute and not worry about ruining my boots. Also, I love that I can change the look just by changing the color of the sock liners. One word of warning: I am 5'5" and would say I am more leg than torso, and these boots come up to right under my knees. So, if you are shorter than that, I would worry that they might be too tall for you. Otherwise, love them!

I was afraid these boots would be too big, too bulky, and too hot pink. They're not, they're not and they're not! LOVE THEM. Slim and stylish and the pink is a great magenta color! I normally wear a 7 and ordered a 7 and they fit fine but are borderline tight. I will expect them to expand a tad with some wear. They were excellent for my first walk in the rain. Worth the money, I expect they'll last for years!

I love these! They run a bit big so buy a half size down. Also, the gloss is a bit much when you first put them on, but it wears down to more of a satin shine! Awesome! Perfect for rainy Houston winters!

I love the boots. I have them in Lava. Yeah, you should order them a size smaller, because they run large. I have very huge calf muscles so they are a bit tight on my legs. That is the only negative thing about them. Wearing my fleece in the boots with my pants tuck will not work for me.

LOVE THEM!!!! They are so cute and comfortable. I got them specifically for a trip to Boston, knowing it was going to rain the entire weekend. I wore them all weekend and walked all over the city in the pouring rain--I was the only one with dry feet. They were really comfortable and kept my feet happy. I strongly recommend them.

I love these boots! I typically wear either a 7 or 7.5, so I purchased a 7 based on other recommendations and they fit great. I am excited to buy the liners for the boots for the winter. I originally put off buying these due to the price, but it is definitely worth it. I live in the city and walk to work every day and I was tired of ruining my Uggs, which did not repel water. These will be perfect for the snow, slush and rain!

Love the boots. Very comfy, although rather tall. A bit tight around the calves; I'm 5'3" and 120 lbs. The color is a beautiful dynamic gray.

The Hunter boots are fantastic! They are not only wonderful for rain & snow (especially nice for cold weather with the Welly socks), but they are fashionable to boot! I originally ordered a size too big, but customer service was great - I called to reorder & arranged the exchange. The exact size I needed arrived the next day.

These are wonderful! At the moment I can't decide which to keep: the original or these original gloss ones! I recommend buying your normal size and 1 size down (if you're a half size, order size up and down). This should save you some trouble. And you should order the liners to see if they'll work for the size you think you want. I'm about to order my normal size to compare the 1 size down. Zappos is amazing and always provides me great service!

My calves are curvy, not particularly slender. My kids have run off with my tape measure, otherwise I would measure. I'm a size 10 in pants & I am 5' 7 1/2". I bought this type of boot from Zappos; they arrived the next day! I bought them in black. I wore them when it was so rainy. I wore them to church with black tights & a black knee-length pencil skirt. I got so many compliments on these boots! I thought they would be basic boots. Well, Rachel Zoe recommended them on her e-mail; and they were less expensive through Zappos than another website I checked. They are a bit tight around my calves, but it keeps the rain from getting in. They are about 3 or 4 inches below my knee. They also have some ankle definition. I like the glossy look, too. Shiny rain boots. What fun! Prepare for some compliments. I have a bit of trouble getting them off from around my calf, but if I am patient & jiggle, it works in a little while. They are maybe slightly wide from side to side in the foot; but then again, it gives room for warm socks if it's cold outside.
