Had a hard time finding these boots, but it was definitely worth it! They are great for not only rain, but for the snow, and when you buy the welly socks, they make a perfect winter boot. I usually wear a 9-9.5 and bought the size 9 boots which has a little extra room, but you need this room if you are going to buy the socks to go with them!! Only downfall is they work best with a skinny jean/pant. You can definitely wear them with a flared pant, just takes some extra maneuvering to put them on. Overall, I highly recommend these boots and think they are well worth the money, plus they look great.

I ordered size 8/39UK Graphite Gloss. Graphite is gray, it is shiny and pretty. The size seemed perfect, a little roomy in the toes, but I don’t think I would have room for the fleecy liners. It was a little difficult to pull boots off, but that is expected for rainboots. They felt light and cushy to walk in, very well molded to the foot. My feet did not look huge in the boots which was a plus, since I am hyperaware of my large tootsies and shoes that accentuate that, so these made me happy. I wear a solid 8.5, I am 5’5” with average or shorter legs and normal to slightly muscular calves. The boots hit me right below the knee. I could fit them over bootcut or skinny jeans. Skinny jeans were more comfortable and less bunched. I recommend them! If I were to use the fleece liners, I might go up to a size 9.

These boots are the perfect light grey color, a little lighter than the picture above. They aren’t as glossy as the picture either, but they don’t have the blooming problem that the non-glossy hunter boots have. That’s not to say that they’re dull, as the gloss, in my opinion, is just perfect. They do run a little large, so order a size down. They arrived right on time with a box I can use them to pack them in for traveling, and were in perfect condition. They’re the best rain boots I’ve ever owned and would definitely buy another pair.

Wow! I purchased these boots last night and they arrived today! That is amazing service by Zappos! I wear a 5/5.5 shoe size and I am 5’2”. I purchased a size 5 women’s figuring it would be really huge. It is probably a 1/2 size bigger, so if I wear thick socks or put an insole in, they will fit perfectly. Also, some pervious feedback on the height of the boot: for my height, they are a perfect knee high boot. I am looking forward to wearing these at the dog park, especially after all the rain!

I LOVE this boot. It’s totally worth the money. I live in Chicago with rain, cold, and snow and it’s perfect for all seasons. If I wear heavy socks, I don’t even really need the Welly fleece socks. The boots do run big. I typically wear a 7.5 in gym shoes and my Uggs are an 8, but these 7s are perfect. Loose enough for big socks, but not too big that they fall off. The gloss is great and the color makes me want to wear them all the time. I even bought my mom a pair of the shorter ones too. HIGHLY recommend if you like a good quality stylish product.

Great pair of comfortable boots. Felt larger than marked. Normally, I wear an 8.5, but was able to get these in an 8.

I ordered these boots to replace a cheaper pair of rainboots. They came in the mail right away (love Zappos service!). But about the boots - size: fit relatively true to size. I'm a ladies 8, and ordered as such. Read reviews that they ran large, but the fit is perfect for thick socks or fleece liners, which are essential in the wet, slushy Chicago weather. I have large calves, although I'm average size everywhere else. These boots fit over my monster calves (comfortably!). The height may be a bit tall if you have shorter legs, but the fleece liners help keep it comfy. I've had them for about a month in the winter, and so far I'm very pleased and have received many compliments on these boots. The color is spunky, fun, and perky for the drab Chicago style.

I purchased the Hunter boots for my daughter. She loves them. They run about a half size larger, but if you are using them in the winter, you need the room for thick socks as there is no lining. Definitely recommend the Hunter boot socks which can be rolled down over the top edge of the boot.The socks add warmth and style. Would buy another pair for sure. If you\'re buying on line, Zappos is great. We received the boots in a couple days, much to my surprise as it was Christmas rush.

These boots were a Christmas present, and I was eager to wear them right away. I am about 5'4" and they come up just below my knee, giving me lots of coverage in the snow, but they are not insulated! I usually wear a size 8, and the 8 in these allowed me just enough room to wear a pair of nice, thick socks. They're a little tricky to drive in, not offering a lot of flexibility, but they are stylish and practical in inclement weather to "boot" (get it?).

These boots are very comfortable and fit true to size. I don\'t have very long legs and my calves are very muscular, so muscular in fact that I often can\'t stuff them into boots I try on. Luckily, I had no issues with these boots as they are wide enough at the top to fit my calves comfortably and there is room left over so that I can stuff my jeans into them.

I bought these for my girlfriend for christmas and she couldn\'t be happier. They fit a size small(like Uggs)she wears a size 7 shoe and 6 in Ugg and now Hunter. Unlike a few comments, she can easily fit a skinny jean inside her tall boot even with the Hunter Sock, she is also 5\'5\'\'. These boots are great for snow and water as we had had plenty of both in the recent weeks. They wont be the warmest boots you have ever had but make no mistakes these boots are for all weather conditions within reason. A great buy for anyone.

I greatly enjoy these boots. I have only had them for 3 weeks and have already received many compliments on them. They are very waterproof and I can easily walk through puddles or piles of snow. However, there is little arch support, if any. I do have bad arches, though. My main complaint would be that my feet are absolutely freezing when I wear them outside. And although we are in the middle of winter, I would highly recommend buying/wearing warm, thick socks when wearing these boots, especially if your feet get cold easily. Overall, these boots have been great so far. They are not difficult to get on or off and you can easily tuck your jeans into them (I pull my jeans around my leg, like a super skinny jean). I highly recommend these boots, with some warm socks!

My granddaughter requested these as a gift. She loves them. I have to say her feet will never get wet wearing them.

I bought these boots for my college-bound daughter who loves them. She says they are comfortable, practical, and, in the bright orange color, very cute. I also bought her the Hunter Liner Socks which serve as insulation from the cold and moisture.

I love my Hunter rain boots. This has been a rainy fall and winter so far here in Alabama, so I have worn them a lot already. I ordered my usual size 7 and they fit fine. I love the graphite color too. The boots are a little snug at the top, but fit well over skinny jeans and leggings.

Comfortable, beautiful boot! I love my Original Gloss boots. Got them in black and they look so much better than the regular black; the shine is nice and doesn't look as intense as the picture. Also, the gloss boots don't have the streaky white marks that the original boots do. They are super comfy and I love clomping around in them! Some other reviewers have noted that they are short and the boots do come up really high on your leg. I am 5'2" and they came up almost to my knees, but I don't find this to be a problem. I wear a 5.5-6 and got a 5 and they fit perfectly with socks. I am able to tuck my jeans/pants in, but it is definitely tight; if you are planning on wearing the Welly socks with these, then I don't think you'll be able to tuck your jeans in unless you have really skinny calves! I saw the Welly socks at Nordstrom though and I don't think they are that cute, the boots would be just fine without. So glad I got these, even though I live in Southern California.

These are true to size. I was worried about the calf fit because legs are shapely. Hunter or huntress? The regular hunter was perfect and very becoming. These have a great sheen. They also have very good traction on snow and ice.

I got my wife the Hunter boots in the high gloss violet for Chrfistmas. She absolutely loves them! She wears a 7.5, so I got her a size 39/8. They\'re slightly large without socks, but she wore them yesterday with a pair of thick hunting wool boot socks. Fit her perfectly! She had no issues tucking her jeans into the boots shaft (she wore a thin sock, folded her jeans around her legs & pulled the wool sock over her jeans. I have a feeling she will want another pair, or two in other colors!

Love these boots! They are surprisingly comfortable and been getting a lot of use in rainy weather. Great for cold mornings at the beach with my dog; used to have some chilly mornings when I'd get soaked when the tide came in quickly, but these are definitely waterproof and keep me warm and dry. I ordered a size down from my usual.

These boots are wonderful for several reasons: protect feet and clothing from the elements while maintaining style. Easy to wear with jeans, leggings, etc. Go with just about any type of outfit. Comfortable.

I ordered a pair of the Hunter Original Gloss boots in the beige color last night, and they arrived early the next morning. Zappos is the best. I have a pair of the Original Hunter boots in chocolate so I thought it would be nice to try a lighter color. I'm very happy with them. Nice high gloss and very good basic neutral color, none of the white film that was on the Original ones. It is hard to choose a color because there are so many good ones. I love the pumpkin and the graphite in the gloss. As usual, I recommend sizing down. I take a 7.5 so I ordered the 7. They are loose, but with heavy socks they're fine. I also purchased a pair of the Ugg innersoles to use with these. For a size 7 shoe, order a size 6 innersole.

These boots are amazing! I got them just in time for the rainy fall Chicago weather. The super tall height is perfect for rain, mud or snow! I'm 5'5" and they hit about 1" below the knee. I usually wear an 8.5, so I ordered the 8 because they do run large. I still have plenty of room to wear a wool sock or slip in the Hunter fleece liner socks. They're surprisingly comfortable and not as heavy as you'd imagine for such a tall boot. The glossy black finish does scratch and show scuff marks, but if you don't care as much for that as for keeping your feet warm and dry, I say it's well worth the price. They look great. I usually wear mine over black skinny jeans and have gotten compliments on them from men and women every time I've worn them. You'll feel like a kid again stomping through every puddle and walking through every mound of snow that's in your way. The best pair of rain boots I've ever owned!
