I ordered a 9W and the fit is tight with plenty of length

Great looking sneakers, but I would have expected a more robust leather. This actually feels sort of plastic. I got them on sale, so the price did not feel that wrong. Full price, however? Would have turn them back immediately.

I love these causal shoes for their lightness, comfort and design. Drawbacks are the misleading colors from the photos depicted. They're not as varied as the photographic lighting shows. They're actually plain once you receive them. And the other drawback is the discomfort from the outer edge of the foot insert while driving. If you tend to roll your left foot slightly while driving you may experience a hard line edging into your ankles skin.

It is good but not as good as o expected.

The first day after wearing I have deep wrinkles in the right shoe only. Has to be a defect or something. Will shop in store from now on to make sure I can pick the shoe I want, or not

I didn't like the material this shoe.

Beautiful shoe. Found this shoe to not have the comfort level I've received in previous Cole Haan shoes I have purchased.

Shoes are all around stiff/hard. The sole and material definitely need break-in time. Do not wear for an extended period of time on the first wear.

Really nice shoes, the leather quality and depth of color isn't what it used to be. I understand that they are light weight and sneaker like, but the leather seems paper thin. Finish just looks painted on and too much of a red tint.

Very soft and comfortable shoe, but lining seems to be synthetic - not as good as previous older models. Tend to smell more like a sneaker, and not like a good leather shoe.

I ordered two shoes: the brown and the grey. The brown fits great but the back part of the grey shoe hurts my ankle. However, customer care took care of me and will offer an exchange.

I love the shoes, they just don't fit great. My normal size but these are different somehow. I have an older pair of these that fit much better. Same size?

Quality has declined considerably since the last pair of these I purchase. No liner, and from what I can tell lower quality materials. Returned them to try something else.

The shoes are very comfortable and the design is very nice, but the color is not as I expected or as it showed in the website pictures. The shoes are more orange than actual brown.

The fit was too tight though I bought a wide fit.

Great sole, but stiff leather at the rear cuts into Achilles after a full day. I thought these were going to be the all day comfortable dress shoe I've been wanting, but they came up short.

Shoes look great, just a little narrow fit. Still new so I will see how they break in.

After working 10 hours shifts and wearing them for about 7 days now, to be honest, I have been disappointed in the comfort of them. I have heard and read great things about Cole Haan shoes so I was excited to try them out, but probably will go back to my old brand. They do look great though!

We usually love Cole Haan shoes. But, when we ordered this year we noticed a significant difference in quality from previous years. Box store quality. Cole Haan price. We're very disappointed. And though we had to keep these because there wasn't time to order other shoes, we will not be buying again unless the quality improves.

On the left side Shoe tongue sewing missing, the QC control need to improve.

A decent shoe, but not worth the price in my opinion. Toes feel like they are touching the ground. You are better paying more for a better shoe or less for a similar shoe

Not as comfortable as I thought they would be. Should have spent the extra money on the zero grands.
