Overall very happy especially in light of the fact that many of my co-workers took notice of my new shoes at work. Near the heel of my right foot, the edge of the leather is pushing into my heel. Since I only wore the shoes only once yet, my expecitation is that the leather will give. I am already thinking about purchasing another identical style in black. As far as Zappos, as always, extremely happy with price and customer service.

This is a really great shoe. Very comfortable and can be worn with just about anything. Great purchase!

Man...these are what I've been waiting for in a dress shoe. My first test was three days, outside, on pavement. They passed with flying colors. I like to take 10-15 minutes at the office each day to just walk. A bit of exercise is good during the day. These shoes contribute to a positive day...my feet aren't killing me at the end of the day now. So good. After 10 years in the office, I'm a happy camper with these babies on! Bought both black and brown.

I ordered these for my son for his college interviews. I ordered his normal shoe size which is an 11W. On his first wear they were comfortable enough to wear all over campus and through the airport without a complaint.

Love the shoe but first pair the insole started to bunch on.seems like the glue didn't hold. Zappos customer service was outstanding and took back the defective pair and sent a new pair. Putting aside the issue I had I would buy these again.
