These shoes were exactly the style I was looking for, but I am incredibly disappointed in how they have worn. The pictures show what the heels look like after two weeks of wear. Sure, I did a lot of walking each day (including a week in Galway, Ireland), but I expected more for the price.

The shoes are attractive but they run at least 1/2 large and they have no arch support. If don't need arch support, I think they would be fine.

When I first tried these on, I was hesitant. They were narrow through my toe box like other suggested. I’ve read so many things about how good and expensive shoes will stretch and conform to your feet, so I kept them, and I’m so glad I did. After a few wears for most of the day, they have become so comfortable and are the perfect bootie to dress up or down.

Loved the shoes and really wanted to keep them but I have a wide foot and the toe box was just a bit narrow for me. Otherwise, they were super cute and comfy.

These are really comfortable boots. The style makes them easy to slip on and off, which is nice coming in out of bad weather. They felt snug over my instep at first, but loosened up nicely when I wore them. They look nice with pants or skirts. I've worn them in wet grass and my feet stayed dry. I am on the list to be notified when my size comes in on another color I want. They are nice basic every day boots.

I love these boots and I’m usually not a boot person. I have a high instep and was pleasantly surprised to find that these boots are comfortable and are easy on/off. I have already worn them many times as they are great for a casual but nicer look.

OMG... I LOVE these. I got the red color and they are so comfy. I usually order a larger size with boots to fit my wool socks but I ended up exchanging the 7's for my usual 6.5's b/c the 7's just felt too large. I did notice that they felt a little narrower and I don't have a wide foot but just wearing them around the house for 20 min, they're already molding nicely to my feet. I am finding them really comfy and don't want to take them off... even though I'm walking around the house with them on in my PJ's. :-) I LOVE the fact that they are weatherproof. I hate worrying about my leather when it starts to rain or snow in the middle of my day when I am already out. I am psyched these fit the bill all around. Yay for Sofft. Try these. I think you'll love them.

I really wanted to like these booties. I've been searching for years for waterproof shoes that aren't hiking boots and thought these were the ones. Alas, they were extremely narrow in the forefoot for me. I've also discovered that as cute as booties are, I need the support of a lace-up shoe. Unfortunately these have to go back.

Loved the look of these and that they are waterproof but are a nice, supple leather. Comfy and stylish. However, as one other review noted, the design and material of the heel RUINS the whole thing. After wearing the boots only twice, the heel became "ragged" with wear. The sole of the boot is rubber, which is great, but the heel is covered in some kind of "suede-like" material, which is silly considering these are BOOTS and waterproof so you'll be wearing them outside in the winter/fall. The wear was not from unusual surfaces or excessive walking. I just wore them to work and walked on sidewalks. In fact, a small piece of the heel covering just literally tore off. See images. Really disappointed because I love these boots! Don't know if I should return these...

Very soft and comfortable. Great height for year round wear. Exactly what I was looking for.

I love these boots and have back-up pairs. The arch support is not that much. However, I'd really rather have a little less arch support and a flexible, waterproof boot than so much arch support that the shoe/boot becomes stiff. I love that these are waterproof and aren't rubber. I"ve worn them driving cross country in winter so in snows, slush, rain. I think I ordered a half size up in these to accommodate winter socks.

Love love love these! They are SO comfortable, so stylish, and look expensive. I got the whiskey color and the leather is gorgeous and soft, they feel already broken in. The rubber soles are quiet and the footbed is soft but supportive. I can see why some feel these run a 1/2 size big, but I'm on the fence about that... I normally wear a 6.5 which is what I ordered - there is some extra room in the toe, and the heel slips a little (which is actually what should happen in properly sized boots) - but I have a slightly wide foot and Sofft tends to run narrow, so I'm guessing the 1/2 size give is in my favor. Hard to say without being able to compare to the size 6. If your foot is narrow, you may want to consider 1/2 sizing down.

The heel was SO narrow on these that I could barely squeeze into them. They were also tight across the instep. Returned for fit issues. I wish they had fit, as I loved the style and the leather was gorgeous.

Love these! Comfortable from the very first minute I slipped into them. My feet run a little wide and some shoes can feel a little snug at first but these didn't. They look great with jeans and are my "go-to" everyday shoes now.

This is my second pair of Sofft boots. My first pair were so comfortable that I ordered these and they did not disappoint. I can wear them all day from the very first wear.

Perfect! Just wishes I had found them earlier ! I bought them in the black and the brown!

Very comfortable and light

Been having trouble with ankle and foot pain with lots of my shoes. This bootie is great - have worn everyday to work since I got them!

These are the best boots I think I have ever owned. They were comfortable right out of the box, and just keep getting better. I wear them all day teaching and walking around everywhere. I never fail to get a compliment when I wear these shoes. I love that they just slip on and off, as I can slip them on while racing around getting ready in the morning.

I love these shoes! They are incredibly comfortable to walk in and very soft to the touch. I found that the fit was exactly right for my usual size. I've worn them nearly every day since buying them. I have not tested out how waterproof they are since I don't really want to get them dirty. You need these shoes!

These are my favorite boots. So much so that when my dog decided the first thing he needed to chew and ruin at 18 months old was these shoes, I replaced them with the same exact thing, although I keep them hidden when they are not on my feet now. ??

I normally wear a 6.5 I ordered a 6 and a 6.5 the 6 was snug the 6.5 was roomier but felt more comfortable. Love the shoe very comfortable.

Really like the boot but it's a little too wide. I'll return and order a half size smaller.

These were comfortable right out of the box! Looking forward to wearing these through the rainy winter.
