Wow, I wish I could have kept these. The leather is of high quality and they look stylish. They just hurt the top of my feet. If you have foot problems, do not buy. Look at the Born booties.

Love these boots. Very comfortable insole. Leather is soft and they were super easy to get on.

Love love love these! I only ordered these in burgandy to see how they fit because they were out in black. Then if I liked could send back and wait for black! They are awesome! keeping these and ordered another pair

Love these boots. Initially pinched a little the first day, but I had thick socks and they stretched out a little. Have worn them daily walking through Ireland this last week and they are so comfortable!

Just what I was looking for! Great comfort right out of the box, water proof and great for comfortable winter wear casual and slightly dressed up!

I almost sent these back because they felt tight across the top of my foot (the bridge? I'm no foot expert) and I'm so glad I didn't. I kept walking around the house, unsure, but after wearing them out for a full day they were incredibly comfortable. I've been wearing them for a couple weeks now and they are my most comfortable shoes that I wear to work (it's a casual office setting). Really happy with them. I usually wear a 8 1/2 or 9 and I'm glad I got the 8 1/2.

I so wanted to keep these! Well-made, on-point stylish, comfortable heel height. But my heels are too narrow for this shoe. So sad.

Very cute boots. Will be able to wear with dress pants and jeans. Comfortable as well. Zappos is amazing! My husband swears they have the "minority report" thing figured out for shoe buying! Had these shoes the next day!

These shoes are adorable and would be comfortable but unfortunately the size 8 was a little too big.

I normally wear an 81/2 or 9 but remember wearing larger in Sofft. The 91/2 were huge! Maybe with hiking socks but then they’d be too hot. Cute for nursing work for sure. Tired of clogs.

I absolutely love these Chelsea boots! They are low enough at the ankle to feel like a simple pull-on shoe with the look of a minimalist boot. They were comfortable after one days wear and have aged well, besides the finish on the heel peeling. It really doesn't bother me that much, just a cheap finish that Sofft could have done better on. I ordered my regular size 8 and they were too loose, exchanged for a 7.5 and they are perfect, even with socks. The toe may seem narrow when you first put them on, but they open up after one wear.

Very cute, but loose in the heel. Feels like a "flip flop" so unfortunately I will be returning them :( I do love the Sofft brand!

Super cute booties but a bit too tight across the top. I'll try the next size up if available. Very classy and well made.

I ordered these in a 9 initially which is my normal size. They were too long but a bit tight across my toes. I returned them for an 8.5 which was better in length but still too narrow for my foot unfortunately. I love the color of the whiskey brown and the upper of the boot is very comfortable on my foot. Soft supple leather. The footbed is not as comfortable as the Teva de la vina but that shoe was so tight across the top of my foot, it was going numb!! I ordered the gray suede in an 8.5 for this boot as well to see if it was wider or had any more give, but it fit more snug than the full grain leather.

Overall, a great boot! UPSIDES: (1) the color! I have the brown and it is a great color. The burnishing and the wrinkles you get as they wear in make them look unique and more expensive than they are. (2) the feel- The leather is soft and stretches just slightly with wear, molding nicely to your foot. (3) look professional/dressy while being comfortable enough to stand or walk for miles. (and also can be casual with jeans) (4) weatherproofing works great out of the box. DOWNSIDES: (1) They have padding at the arch, the metatarsal, and the heel, which make them comfortable, but the arch support doesn't actually contact my arches. So it's more like padding than support. (2) They are slightly narrow in the toe-- I usually wear a 10wise, 10.5, or 11 and I had to size up to the 11 (even though this is marked as a European 43, and I usually wear a 41!). (3)Other reviewers talked about the heel--yes, what looks like a stack of leather on the heel is actually just a decorative layer, which begins to peel off. I glued mine back down. this isn't ideal, but for the price this was not at all a dealbreaker for me.

I really wanted to keep these boots. I tried walking around the house wearing them with thin socks or thick socks; but these boots have a narrow toe bed and just didn't work out. So Sad for me. They look great and would have been super comfy if they weren't too snug. If only they had a Wide version

These boots are comfortable and cute-exactly what I've been looking for. They run a half size big and the Bridle Brown color leather had some flaws in the first pair I ordered which encouraged me to order a second time. The second order of boots still had flaws in the leather and since I like the style, I kept them. I'm assuming that the color is generally inconsistent since all three pairs had some variation of flaws.

Beautiful color and leather. Unfortunately, they did not have my size so tried a 1/2 size larger. Evidently, true to size. Nice cushioned footbed with shaft height that hits at just the right spot on your ankle. Only negative is the sock of this boot is very straight in shape without much contour around the foot, but would have probably kept anyway as I am looking for an everyday bootie to wear for errands. Too bad not available in my size.

Beautiful shoes! I am so sad they won't work for me. They where very narrow, and although the leather might stretch to fit, it would have looked silly with my feet hanging over the sides of the soles. I wish they came in wide!

Love the look of these boots! I have a pair of Sofft Selby, so I knew to order 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear. However, I have to return them because the toe box was a little narrow for me. (Exchanging them for a black pair of the Selby style which fits wonderfully and feels great right out of the box).

From the reviews I read I expected them to run large. I ordered my regular size thinking I could put arch supports in. That’s not going to happen. They are even snug on my toes. It’s a nice looking boot though.
