I was so looking forward to wearing these shoes, but sadly I'll be retuning them. I have fairly square-shaped feet - so much so they get tired and swollen they look like Fred Flintstones feet. No joke! So, for work shoes I always get a wide width when I can as I can be on my feet 12+ hours several days a week. I've had great luck with Clark's but I really liked the look and style of these shoes - and they didn't disappoint, however there was nothing comfortable about these shoes. They rubbed several of my toes while at the same time they were slipping easily off my heel, which are not narrow at all. There was zero arch support, nor much in the way of cushioning in the foot pad. Lastly, there was residual white adhesive where the sole attached to the upper, nothing that a Sharpie couldn't fix - had they fit and felt comfortable. Definitely plan on wearing the, around your house for a day before you commit to keeping them.

Heel too large, slipped out.

Like other reviews I found my heels slipping out of the shoe. Never had that happen with any other shoe. Bought my usual size 9W. It was too short in the toe box and narrower than other wide shoes. I really wanted these shoes to fit and work for me. The heel height is just right. They were cute for a wide dress shoe, and I loved the quality of the Black Leather. Sadly had to return.

I should have listened to the reviews. I wanted So much for this shoe to work but the sizing was just way off. I am an 11 in Born and most Merrill shoes, bordering on an 11.5. The Comfortiva pump in the 11 was Way too long and I had the same issue as other reviews, with the heel popping out when walking. I tried the size 10 and it was too short, jammed up my big toe. Too bad so sad.

Beautiful shoes and very well constructed. I wear a 10 wide. Toe box too small for my foot. This shoe may work for someone else. Bummed I had to return them, but I’ll continue searching for the perfect black pumps.

Really wanted to love these, but have to return. I normally wear an 8.5W in heels, but felt this shoe was a tad short in length and a tad wide in the heel. The inner lining was a bit too long for the actual length of the shoe and glued in at the very front tip. Both heels were slipping out of the shoes when I walked around my house to test them on carpet and wood floors. Had the shoes fit, I could see them being quite comfortable to wear. Wish they could've worked out....

To be honest, I didn't even try these on because the material is so unattractive. On my computer screen it looks like a nice sort of taupe color nubuck, but in person it has a sparkly sheen that looks like you spilled sugar on leather or something, kind of a Halloween costume vibe. I just can't imagine wanting to wear these with any outfit. I was looking for pumps to wear with a certain dress, and I already own a nice pair of taupe pumps but they're uncomfortable, so I thought these would be a more comfortable replacement. Not happening with this creepy-looking material, unfortunately.

Comfortiva is a brand I have learned to love over the years. So disappointed with the Amora - no amor here. Purchased these in the light brown 10W. I could not even get my foot into the shoe; toes cramped and width felt as if it was mismarked as M (had to check to see that I REALLY ordered the Wide width).

The toe box was narrow and padding in footbed pushed toes closer to top of inside of shoe. I have a narrow heel and my foot kept slipping out, despite the overall shoe feeling shorter than the size 10W I ordered.

Like other reviewers have stated, I walked out of these shoes when trying them on. It's really unfortunate, as the style is pretty and they're super comfortable! Thanks for letting me return these, Zappos!

I wanted to love these. I typically wear size 10B shoes with no troubles. The left shoe fit perfectly on my (smaller) foot and was really comfortable. The right shoe seemed to fit my (larger) foot until I started walking in them, then the back of the shoe began to slip off my heel. I tried several tricks to make it fit (including heel liners) because I really liked these shoes, but both days that I wore them to work were absolutely miserable. I am sadly returning these.

So sad to have to return these...similar to others, they were just overall slightly too wide, and the slippage on the heel was real. I could see myself falling flat on my face while wearing. ??

I loved the look of these shoes. The inside memory foam was comfy but the problem was this: Size 6.5 W was way too long so I ordered a 6W and it was way too short. The width in both seemed fine but the bigger size had my foot slipping out and the smaller size had my foot mushed into the shoe. Will try another brand.

I could not walk to the mailbox and back without pain.

I have a very wide foot (most people have rectangular feet, mine are squares). Sadly, these shoes were way too narrow even a full size larger than my measured size. No bunions. Just a really tight fit.

The width was supposed to be wide. A wide should be a "D" width. This wasn't. This shoe caused blisters on two toes on each foot--not happy,

Nice padding in the shoe, but the toes pinched. Was larger than expected.

For the first time, I'm unhappy with these shoes and cannot return them as I have now worn them. They simply do not fit comfortably, which I did not know until I wore them. Super bummed because they are cute and I got a lot of compliments on them. With VIP status, I really wish there were an option to return them or possibly exchange them for a different size or credit or something. :(

I love the patent leather and style of shoe but very disappointed that it was not true to size or width. I could not even get my foot inside of the shoe.

I wanted to like these shoes so much because they are very cute. Based on the size chart, it said I should wear an 11 even though I typically wear a 9.5 to 10.5 depending on brand. I went ahead and ordered an 11w and it was way too big. I reordered in a 10w and it was just slightly a little long but in no way did it feel like a wide. I didn't even make it across a parking lot on my date before they started hurting quite a bit and 45 minutes into wearing them slowly walking around a very small gallery and then back across the parking lot, I had noticeable blisters forming on both of my pinky toes and the tips of both of my big toes. In the same evening after going to dinner and going to see a movie (both requiring very little walking) I couldn't even make it back to the car and had to have my husband pick me up because I was in too much pain and it was too cold to take them off and walk back to the car. I am sad and disappointed and in pain. I would not recommend buying these. I don't have very wide feet but I've become accustomed to shoes that have a little more room in the toebox area so ordered a wide thinking they would be more comfortable. I don't understand how these can be considered wide shoes.

Too LARGE- leather was wrinkled.

So uncomfortable!! Initially I would bring another pair of shoes to switch into from these Comfortiva Amora shoes, because I could last about an hour or so in them. But now, I can't even last that long in them. They are tight, my feet just hurt! If I just stand still, they feel fine. But that's not very practical for a shoe. :(

heel slipped with every step. delivery was very late after my event. In unacceptable packing, shoes felt stretched out. Style was Ok

The fit was ok, previous reviews were accurate about the heel slipping a bit. The biggest issue is that the foot padding is basically disintegrating after less than a month of use. :(
